Ken is prompt, reliable, courteous, and knows exactly what he's doing.
He came to my house 2 weeks ago to clear a drain. Unfortunately it got damaged by more roots last week. Ken honored his warranty and came back up to fix it (and spent a couple of hours doing so). Ken is my first choice of a plumber - I can't recommend him enough.

Ken was great! He answered his phone on a Saturday afternoon when no one else was open. He came out quickly and repaired some leaking sewer pipes. He did a great job and charged a fair price. As a bonus he was also a super nice guy. We will definitely use Ken again!

Ken really does a great job. He came right out within an hour of my call. He was cheerful and worked so hard to figure out and correct the problem.
