Denmark Builders was formed in 2016 by two brothers and a great friend who as a team wanted to compete in the construction market in and around Keystone Heights, Fl. The founders, Jeremy Blank, and brothers Darren and Lance Denmark, each bring unique talents and experience to the team. Jeremy has been full time in the construction industry since he graduated high school in 2002 where he worked with in his family owned construction business.

Within a year he was acting as a superintendent with over 20 employees working under him in the field. He earned his Building Contractors License for the state of Florida in 2008 and his Roofing Contractors License soon after in 2009. Jeremy also runs his roofing business "Southern Exteriors" while working on Denmark Builders projects.

Darren has been in the construction industry part time since he graduated high school in 2005. He worked for Pinpoint Construction for almost 7 years while attending college. Pinpoint Construction handled many different construction projects, including new commercial and new residential construction.

Start to finish with Denmark Builders was exactly what we hoped for. They’re honest & dependable. Everyone that entered our job site was professional and knowledgeable. We worked closely with Lance & Jeremy, and would recommend them to our closest friends and family.
We took a chance on using them, as we were building in a new town, and they came highly recommended through word of mouth from locals. So glad we used them! Not one complaint. We’d do the whole thing over again with them, hands down.

My wife and I just finished our custom build with Denmark Builders. We had heard from so many people what a nightmare building a house could be. We cannot relate to that. Our experience was great! Denmark went above and beyond our expectations! We are very pleased with our new home and we know you too would have the same experience if you use them.
