The team at Vallencourt Construction works hard to offer site construction services that are estimated accurately and completed on time. Clearing land is often the first step in any development project. Our team focuses on making sure the site is free from existing organic material, which can jeopardize the structural integrity of the project.
We, at Vallencourt Construction, believe in making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. In 2006, the Vallencourt family established a permanent endowment to create the F.E. and Barbara Vallencourt Scholarship. Each spring, members of the Junior Class are invited to apply for consideration as a Vallencourt recipient.
Vallencourt Construction uses excavation and stabilization techniques to shape your site from undeveloped land to a completed project. Earth work is more than just digging holes. There are many steps that must be taken before the first shovel of dirt is removed. Careful planning and a strong understanding of the land allows us to maintain and improve the structural stability of the site and the rest of the project.
Vallencourt Construction installs drainage systems that safely and efficiently divert water from sites and roadways. Properly installed storm drains are key in keeping developed property safe and damage free, especially here in the Southeast where we have seasons with heavy rain. Vallencourt's experienced team has worked on sites that have required diverting from small to large quantities of water.

The future of North Florida construction is this company! It's quite exciting to see them expanding in my small hometown Green Cove Springs.
