Scott Eiker, now the CEO, has seen and done it all for Design & Build Corporation-just like his father George did after founding the company more than 50 years ago. Scott started in the business by carrying blocks, providing concrete work, and setting steel for George before eventually getting exposure to payroll, drafting, and just about every other facet of the business.
With a family business like we have at Design & Build Corporation, the concept of safety is bigger than just ensuring we operate safe and secure job sites. Our employees are our family, and their families mean the world to us. We do whatever we can to make sure our employees return home happy and healthy to their loved ones at the end of the workday.
Design & Build Corporation is your one-stop shop for all things construction. From site selection to design, through all phases of building and into occupancy, we are one of the few general contractors in the Indianapolis area to offer a breadth of services that robust. We have been providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our customers for more than five decades.
A service we're so comfortable with that we named our company after it, the design-build process allows us to take your idea or vision and bring it to life. This method entails one construction company providing the client with all facets of design and construction services, resulting in a single source of responsibility for delivering the project.
Have something already in mind that you want to take from paper to physical form? Design & Build Corporation can build it. We're happy to work with the architect of your choice in the construction of your new building. And because we also design buildings, we know how architects think and what facets of construction sometimes get overlooked during those early phases.
