Pro Complete Homes is a company rooted in its founder's passion and experience for tearing down the old and building up the new. From a young age, Nazar Koval loved deconstructing old toys, tables, forts, etc. and reassembling them to improve their aesthetic and functionality. At 16 years old this hobby became channeled through his involvement in the construction industry in the Seattle area, where he's worked since.
No matter what upgrade or project you have in mind, our remodeling contractors in Seattle will work with you and manage your project every step of the way. We excel in coordinating with all parties e.g. We understand that decks are an extension of your living space, and we treat it as such. Our decks are made to withstand water exposure and other external factors without sacrificing craftsmanship.
Our bids often consist of two steps. First, after a free consultation with a potential client, we typically put together a preliminary estimate that will give the customer a general idea of the cost. If the customer is satisfied with the price, we will then create a detailed bid with the final price that may differ from the preliminary bid by up to 20%.

I have had ProComplete Homes take on multiple projects for my home, and even remodel my dental office. With each project, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the time they spent to complete everything. Nazar was in constant communication, giving us updates and addressing our concerns. ProComplete installed a new composite deck for us. 3 things about them. 1. They show up when they say they will. 2. The work is done right the first time and is very detailed. I am a pretty handy person and I can appreciate someone with skill and quality workmanship. 3. If they have a critical decision point to resolve, they stop and ask. They don't just blaze ahead and leave you stuck with something you may not like. If they forsee something that might not work like you think or there may be a different way they offer an opinion. Absolutely wonderful working with ProComplete homes! My partner and I bought a fixer upper and the bathroom was a complete mess. This is my first time having a remodel, finding and getting bids from multiple contractors was an overwhelming process. Nazar from ProComplete Homes was a breath of fresh air -- professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely interested in helping me out. He gave me excellent great advice about which projects I should take on now and which ones I should save for later. His prices are more than reasonable and the quality of work turned out amazing.
