HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Be aware that they did not do what was promised. They do not give you a quote because they are going to take every penny of the insurance money and not provide the services that was promised. They started deducting work because there was not enough money there for them when they initially said they were going to do. And just because I don't have time nor all the hatred that I really have for this company. I will end it with just from my experience I WOULD NOT recommend using this company PERIOD. There invoice they tried to provide did not specify the work that was done because it

Initially, I was leery of working with a roofing company right after a hail storm. They all seem so shady at first (storm chasers). After my neighbor had a positive experience with Community Exteriors, however, I felt comfortable hiring them. Their sales person, Josh Cartwright, was always super informative and never pushy. He made sure the interaction with my insurance company (notoriously difficult State Farm) went smoothly, and their team of roofers and, later, gutter installers, were super efficient and professional. We worked with Josh from Community Exteriors. This is our first home so we honestly are new to how everything works. Josh came to our door after a few hail storms and walked us through the process. After finding out our deductible was extremely high we decided to hold off until we switched insurances. After multiple hail storms this year in our area Josh came back to our home and helped us replace our damaged roof. We were extremely happy with Josh during the process. Josh was very professional as a claims specialist who was easy to work with. Communication was good throughout the process, so every step was explained. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Blaine was accommodating of requests as far as the follow-up inspections and attention to details, keeping this customer pleasantly surprised. Thus, I recommend this company for roofing and gutters.
