Bought my 4Runner there 4 years ago. They picked me up from the airport, treated me right. Test drove a few 4Runners and still ended up with the one I came for, and they gave me a really good deal on it. I've put 85,000 miles on it since then. I could not be happier with a car dealer than I am with CL Hyman Auto Wholesale.

I had a great experience with the staff at CL Hyman wholesale. I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from them and found the transaction very transparent, not pushy, and informal. After about 2500 miles, I noticed a coolant leak under my vehicle that appeared quite severe. I called Andy and informed him of the issue and he scheduled an appointment without delay. I had been told by my mechanic that the issue was a water pump and that due to a design flaw from Ford, it could often result in big problems for the engines and always comes with a big bill.

In the market for a truck, I found a couple of prospects from the AutoTrader app at this modest Auto Dealer in Ashland. The parking lot was jammed packed with cars and trucks for sale. If you're looking for a work truck or van, their selection is awesome. Located in an industrial area near Hanover Airport on Air Park Road, you'll find this unassuming auto wholesaler.

Just purchased a car from C L Hyman. Extremely easy process and working with Andy was as good as it gets. They are fair and follow through on phone calls , emails and customer issues. My car had a minor issue upon final inspection and Andy made the necessary arrangements to get the issue resolved. I was hoping for the second set of keys and he was able to retrieve those along with other items that the original owner was still holding. Great customer service. I will definitely be visiting Andy again. Thanks. Well done.

Andy is nice enough on the phone. Not unpleasant to speak with. He made some inaccurate statements about the vehicle I bought from him. I live in GA and put a down payment on it then flew up to drive it home. It was a specific vehicle I had been looking for a long time. He told me all brakes were replaced and the rotors were shaved. Let me tell ya the back rotors had more ridges than the Appalachian Mountains! Then he said the fuel gauge wasn’t working when he acquired it but got it fixed. It’s not working. Then he told me over the phone before I put the payment down (prior FBI vehicle) that

These guys were great to work with. Even though I was only buying a relatively inexpensive older car, they went above and beyond to make sure it was right. I contacted Hyman Wholesale to get more information about a 2006 Toyota 4Runner that had been listed on eBay. From the very beginning, Andy was very responsive to emails and phone calls. He had great communication and followed through on everything he told me.
