This location has auctioned off items from a mother that has a daughter that passed away. All she had of memory of her daughter was in that storage unit. She communicated that she wanted to pay for the bid of the storage unit. But the owner sold it to someone else without her knowing. Now some random person is dressing their kids with someone's passed daughter. All of those memories were in those clothes and now it's gone.

Pathetic. Very poor customer service. I’m a UA student and the worker/manager who answered the phone was in a rush and hung up on me while I was still asking questions. Do not rent from here future customers and Wildcats! This business is not worthy of your money. Please do not support this business!

My name is Lisa and I am writing a review because I called to see if this place was for sale and the man was so rude and threatened to hunt me down if I put a bad review online, when all I said is after he was so rude that the things people wrote online must be true about how rude and irritant he is. He is a very bad apple to all the good run and managed storage facilities out there. I hope the government steps in and shuts him down one day. Rude as hell.

I'll save you some trouble right now, do not go to this place it's not worth the time money or hassle. The man on the phone was extremely rude and very demeaning talking down to you on the phone and questioning your intelligence. The facility it self isn't very nice and very old and run down. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, the man who works there openly harassed my handicapped father and questioned whether he was really handicapped or not. The university of Arizona should not allow him to use wildcat in their name as it brings shame to the wildcat

I was in desperate need of a storage space after moving my mother down to Tucson and the others I looked at online didn't have anything available. I remembered looking at Wildcat when my mother first started talking about moving down so I thought I'd give them a try. I am a big fan of supporting local businesses and shopping local so why not store local. I've stored at a few places and had pretty good experiences. Thought I wanted to rent a storage here. Turns out that would not have been a good idea. The Owner operator is the rudest business person I have ever encountered. Arrogant, rude, and over all not a nice person. I don't understand how this guy is still in business. The whole time I was there he was a miserable man who hates his work, and hates people. I'm so glad I decided not to rent there.

Let me add one more component to the previous reviews...
I can't call it 'racism', but after seeing the 'now renting' sign, my brown bf and I (black) went in. My bf smiled, extended his hand to introduce himself, and the owner declined shaking his hand. The owner said, "I am a foreigner, I don't shake hands", and then said he could sanitize his hands, then offered sanitizer to my bf as well. The owner then said, "It's also how you catch diseases."
At that point, we didn't even want to deal with someone like that, so we politely said

Wow! So many negative reviews! I should have read them before I wasted my time and was insulted by this crazy whack job. I failed to choose a code that he approved of and by the 3rd time he told me he was not going to rent to me and accused me of verbally assaulting him when said he was crazy.
He has my personal information as I had already filled out the paperwork, which he would not give back to me.

Rudest person I have ever spoken to! I called inquiring about support for a non-profit organization in town that needed storage space. Instead of being helpful, the individual that answered the phone told me to hurry up and get to the point, then proceeded to tell me what I was doing wrong with my call (since he has an MBA he knows). I never got the chance to request the support we needed, and Im pretty sure he doesn't care. Don't give this place your business!

Wow, owner was unbelievably rude. Told him that we were going to check out a competitor and he had a fit. I can't believe he was so childish. I asked for a card and he said he does not give them out to people he does not know. I asked what time he closed, he said now and that he was owner and he could leave whenever he wanted. By this time I was just dumbfounded by his actions and I asked him if he was mad. He said that I that I wasted his time and to get out. Owner was a piece of work. I would not recommend this place at all.

The man that owns the place, James, is a horrible manager. He was trying to get me to pay him more money two weeks after I signed my 6 month lease. It started as just $15.00 more per month for electric, for a washer and dryer that I had no way to hook up, since there was not enough power in the unit to do so, I had 2 breakers in the box and it had one spot left open to add more (at my expense). James said I had the entire box to myself and that it had 220 available, when we did the initial walk through... none of that was true.
