Walk in the front door of the office at I-10 Self Storage and you'll most likely be greeted by owner Joanne Herder, her daughter Jenna, or one of their three dogs. On the wall above the front desk is a row of old family photos the Herders proudly display. Take a peek back though the doorway and you can catch a glimpse of what could be the living room in your own home.
I-10 Self Storage has the widest selection of unit sizes in Tucson to suit all of your storage needs! We have extra small 3x4's all the way up to extra large 20x40's with every size in between. Many of our units have access to water and electrical outlets. We are happy to make special accommodations for businesses.
How much is your administrative fee? This is a one time up-front cost These can vary from our fee of $40 all the way up to $65. Make sure you know what you will be charged when renting a unit. Also ask if there are any required deposits or other assorted fees. Does the facility require insurance? Not every facility does.

Not sure why this facility doesn't have a higher rating, I gave 5 stars. The owner Jenna and the maintenance guy, Victor, were the nicest-coolest people to me and really were a life-saver to my business (Garden Beds By Kyle) during some hard times I hit.
I'm moving back to the Phoenix area and the best memories I have of Tucson were going to I10 storage and maintaining my small business out of a 5x5 unit.

I’ve visited this facility a few times in a work-related capacity. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The lot itself is rather large and includes both covered and uncovered storage areas. I don’t know their storage prices, but the lot is always near-capacity, so I suspect it is competitive with other storage facilities.

Located right on I-10 frontage rd. (east bound). Give you a sense of being out of the city, but you're not. An older facility well maintained, I deal with Jenna, I believe she is the manager, she is very nice, makes the registration a quick and easy process. I think it's a great place to store those items that you are not ready to let go of.
So now I'm back again...some things are harder to let go of than others. Doesn't matter why you need a unit. It's a good place.

Skip the chains and go to I-10 Self Storage. Excellent rates, safe and secure and great customer service. We stored our RV here for over a year, and then we rented a large storage unit for several months after we sold our house but weren’t ready to buy a house yet in our new city. The rate was way better than any other place in town, and unlike corporate owned storage facilities there was no rate creep. We have rented from national chains before and after a couple of months, even if my original rate was not listed as “introductory, the rates would always creep up. That doesn’t happen here

The folks that run this business are some of the nicest people you could ever do business with. We recently bought an RV from a private party that stored it at this facility and during the period that we were looking for an RV Park to move it to they were so accommodating. Couldn't recommend a better storage company to do business with!

Skip the national chains and rent a unit here. Excellent rates, super helpful owners, safe and secure. We stored our RV here for over a year, then we rented a large storage unit here for several months to store all of our household furnishings after selling our house before buying in a new city. We rented a 20'x20' for just a tad more than a 10 x 10 was at another place. And we needed it in a hurry so the owner was nice enough to call the previous renter who was just storing one car in the unit and asked if they could move to a smaller unit.
