I have always been treated respectfully and fair there, even though I have gotten behind on my bill frequently. The staff is friendly and supportive of those who have handicaps. I have noticed that if the staff gets firm with someone, it is because the customer is acting unruly and irrational.
The prices are fair and the place is clean. The manager is a very good one.
