What a terrific experience I had using All-Dry. I had a leak in my crawlspace/mini-basement that soaked the dirt floor and made the whole space a muddy, musty, putrid mess. My initial call to All Dry resulted in them (Tony, the project manager) coming out the next day. All other companies I contacted weren't able to come out for days later jus to give me an assessment). Tony gave me a fair estimate and advised what could be done with the budget that I had set for the repairs, and he promptly went to work once I made up my mind to move forward. Professional and courteous, he was great to work with

We had an awesome experience with All Dry. Working with Tony was wonderful from beginning to end. I felt taken care of and he was always professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. At the end of his work the air samples came back clear. We would absolutely recommend All Dry to others and if I have the opportunity I will recommend them to whomever I know that might need their services.

We had a terrible experience hiring All Dry for mold remediation. They cross-contaminated other parts of our home during the mold remediation process, and refused to pay the costs of the professional cleaning they told us was required as a result. Mold remediation already isn't fun; the last thing you need is for it to feel like a complete nightmare. We recommend avoiding this company.

I am super impressed with All Dry's Project Manager, Tony, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of water damage assistance. Even though the flooding we experienced in our basement was minimal, he came out promptly and treated it just as importantly as he would a more serious job. We had no idea how much damage may have been done, especially the kind we couldn't see the naked eye, and needed a professional to assess the situation and help us determine what action needed to be taken next. Tony was the perfect person for the job- the estimate and assessment was free, and he was punctual

I recently had flooding in my home and All Dry Water Damage Experts came out to help us. They were on the scene in less than an hour and their staff was so professional and kind to our family. The project manager took the time to answer all our questions and walked us through the process. Their website says their mission is to treat their customer's homes like they were their own and they lived up to that 100%. We would recommend All Dry to anyone else needing help with water damage or mold.

Tony, my project manager at All Dry, is responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He and his team took care of the mold remediation needs I had in relation to water damage I discovered in my home. Tony provided me with a fair estimate and final price, and took the time to explain what was needed and what they were doing every step of the way. The results were excellent and passed all post testing. I definitely recommend All Dry for your mold remediation needs.
