I selected Solar Technologies based on price, product and responses to my questions. I made multiple changes to my order as I learned more about solar. Each change was met with positive sharing of information to get to the optimal solution. Keenan has a depth of knowledge and easy to work with in meeting his clients' needs. Contract, layout, installation, working with PG&E was all easy peasy and no curve balls.

I stand by the experience we had with the installation and support initially. This past year we've had some issues with our system and I have had no response to two e-mail requests and 4 phone calls. I was told when we were having trouble some time ago that they had an employee shortage and if they could get someone out to me it would be a while. I got someone else to help me with the issue. I have a large system and spent over 100K with this company. I'm now losing money every day the system is not working properly. The company clearly needs to redirect resources to customer service

Our purchase and installation of Solar Technologies solar panels was seamless. Their Sales Manager, Keenan Shaw, provide a very clear bid on the project and was completely accurate about the system's performance. The bid was exactly the same as the final cost, the cash back offer was honored, and the tax credit was super easy to apply on our tax return. I waited to write this review until everything that was promised came true and it did. I would absolutely recommend Keenan Shaw and his team at Solar Technology....they are fantastic!

Solar Technology's crew is top notch, from Keenan (the Sales Manager) to all of the crews and office staff that worked on our solar panel and Tesla Powerwalls installation. Despite the challenge of working during the pandemic and Tesla supply setbacks, Solar Tech did an outstanding job and always kept us informed. Highly recommended!

Our path to solar was a bit circuitous, as we tried to figure out the right timing and budget to make it happen.
We received excellent support and assistance from Skyler and Bob, our project consultants. We were going to pay cash, then do a payment plan, and back and forth we went for a number of months. They were really patient as we worked through other home projects that ate into our budget and time.
There were some moving targets as to new solar panels coming out, State rebates, etc., and they kept us up-to-date on that quite well. There was a delay on their end too, but their excellent

I live in a townhome. I did not know that I can have a Solar Panel on my roof. HOA discourages to have a solar panel on the roof. After little research, I found out under the new law (Civil Code 714.1), HOAs no longer have the authority to prohibit Solar installations. Keenan reconfirmed my findings and worked with HOA to satisfied all of their guidelines. Keenan and Marina are very responsive over email and text. The entire experience is very smooth.

They did a great job on my solar project. They use the highest rated panels which are American made in Oregon. Install only took 4 hours for 11 panels. I got bids from Allterra solar and other companies but solar Technologies was the best. Allterra would not warranty my roof but ST did. I'm very happy with the product and the service.

Solar Technologies did a great job. The design of the system was very thoroughly done, all according to codes and state regs. The package went through the city with no hold-ups. The installers were done in less than a day and everything was neat and tidy. We've had the system for a about a month and it has worked flawlessly.

Don't fall for their sweet talk and false promises!
I bought a 6kW system in 2014-2015. Installation went well and I was all 5 stars. I was told about the great monitoring and 10 yr warranty.
Then production dropped to half in 2017 - which I noticed on my own. I reached out to them (Tim Glanville specifically) and was promised a service call which never happened. I followed up again and no service call.
So essentially, it is a great sale and installation process. But when it really matters ie solar power production, they don't care and have moved on. Forget the warranty, forget the

After talking to several companies from researching recommendations, we decided on Solar Technologies and Keenan Show's presentations. He was most responsive with several proposals and forecasts of the options. He agreed to work with Daddario Roofing Company for placement of the panel offsets during the construction of replacing our old wood shake shingles. The companies worked together to meet the schedules and finish on time. The electrical output matches Keenan Show's projection. The entire experience proved to be a joyful one. The company took care of everything from the initial drawings, to the permit, and provided their own electrician, Noah, to provide the necessary upgrade the main panel. I was super happy with Solar Technologies. They accommodated for extra requirements that I had of having a square layout, 100 Amp car charger, and some of the wiring done in my attic crawl space. Of the 3 quotes I got, Solar Technologies wasn't the cheapest, but well worth it paying a little bit more for the quality they delivered. Highly recommended!

What a shame...... This review isn't for work done as we never got to experience that...however. ....
We recently had a solar inverter fault, our original installer isn't in business anymore so wanted a company to come up to the house and help us out.
We left a message, got no response and no returned call. My wife followed up only to be told
'We don't help people with solar unless they are our own installations'.
Whilst I apretiate that this is their own business and their own practices, we were somewhat taken aback.
We subsequently got hold of Allterra Solar who

When it comes to work done on my home, I would consider myself discerning and somewhat critical because of bad experiences I've had in the past, and I can honestly say that my experience with Solar Technologies was one of the best experiences I have had thus far.
From the initial consultation with Keenan to the installation and follow-up, the entire process was very well organized and required virtually zero involvement on my part. The only thing I had to do was sign minimal paperwork, and type in my wi-fi password when the internet connection to SunPower was setup, and that's it.
