Echo Park Lake now acts as the central hub of this East side neighborhood, North of downtown and South of Silver Lake. Reopened in 2013 after a two year remodel, the lake is a wonderful place to meet up friends, go paddle boating, grab lunch at the boat house, jog, catch a yoga class, or read a book on a bench alone.
Hancock Park is one of Los Angeles's most exclusive and affluent neighborhoods. Located centrally between downtown and the beach, Hancock Park is a favorite of many. I could not possibly convey to all of Los Angeles what an incredible agent Jacqueline Tager is to work with.
Buying and selling a home can be quite overwhelming, particularly in my case. Especially with the Covid 19 situation, things were 10 fold more difficult to navigate! She always was straight with me and did her best to protect my interest at all times. She was very easy to reach if I had questions or concerns and addressed them right away. Jac (because, that's what I call her now... seriously who keeps in touch with their agent after a sale because you want to be friends? LOL)

I just wanna say.... I am not an easy guy to please... especially when I am looking for a home. Jacqui figured me out! She was patient, dedicated and canvased the town for my requirements. When I (finally) found THE house... and there were some maybes and some offers before that, I turned to Jacqui and asked what do I have to do to get this house. Jacqui helped us sell our condo and buy our dream house in Los Angeles. She was referred to us by our neighbor, who sold their place just a few weeks before us.
Jacqui is as great as a realtor gets, in my opinion. She is extremely well informed about the different areas in Los Angeles, she is super organized and will reply to emails and calls within minutes.
