I haven't had my service done yet, but I called right before the close of business as it was urgent and they were super friendly and helpful. The owner was out but the receptionist took notes and he called me as soon as he arrived in the morning (even before their open business hours). He got to me the same day despite being super busy, and was incredibly helpful and friendly. I know everyone has termite and pest issues but it didn't stop me from feeling embarrassed. Rodney was very reassuring and I know my home will be taken care of. They're very busy but were able to get me an appointment relatively

My husband called and was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly with Premier. Bryan arrived a full thirty minutes early which I was very thankful for! He was extremely thorough inside the home and paid attention to detail. I have several cats inside and Bryan worked around them kindly and safely, he even made sure to move water/food bowls out of the way. While outside, he didn’t just spray the foundation line...he sprayed and treated the entire home from the outside. He even treated a spot again that had an abundance of wasps.
