After coming by my house on 9/1, Vince provided me a quote on 9/7. I asked several questions and reconsidered then signed the contract and e-mailed to Vince on 9/17. Premier’s contracts request a deposit of half the quoted project amount and I asked him in the e-mail if he’d like me to mail the deposit in or if he’d like to pick it up, assuming he may want it ASAP. Vince responded and said it would be more like mid to late November for the project to be completed to which I said that would work. After not hearing back for 4 weeks, I contacted Vince 10/20 and he said that he did not receive

Premier Hardwoods lives up to the name. Vince gave me a fair price and explained everything in great detail. They refinished a large staircase in our home while we were away. When my wife and I returned we were amazed at what a GREAT job Josh and his helper did. We are VERY pleased and we would recommend Premier to anyone.. I don't write reviews but felt compelled in this situation because they did such a GREAT job. Absolute pleasure all around..

I had Premier refinish my hardwood floors and im so happy with the results. Vince my sales rep very professional honest and up front with cost and best products to refinish with. His crew Josh, Dan, Acrtivio where truly a great team no dust to speak of and finished product is beautiful. I'd give them 10 stars if possible but 5 star is the highest I can give them. For honest quality and clean work I'll definitely use Premier again. I would highly recommend them for quality workmenship...

Vince was easy to work with. He explained the whole process and was able to help me choose the right floor finish for our renovated floor. We had water damage and had to replace about half the flooring in the house.The floor looks amazing. We will most likely have the old flooring refinished. It now looks really beat up compared to the new floor. Thankyou for a great job.

Vince spent a lot of time at my house, on the phone, and via email planning to repair the wood floors in my 'new' to me 1926 spanish home. The last week of May he said he might be able to get to me the very next week, but most likely within a couple weeks. He said he would 'keep me updated weekly on his schedule." However, I had to contacted him weekly to check on his schedule, and every week he said he was planning on starting my project the next week!! Today, June 25, he again said he could start next Monday. After four weeks of this, I felt it was reasonable to question him about saying this
