I began working on large commercial construction projects for an HVAC company with my father, 2 uncles and cousins when I was 14. Growing up, I would spend each summer learning a new part of the trade. From installing thermostats, to hanging ductwork, to eventually full service and repairs of all types of equipment.
After college I relied on the skills I learned as a child to help out friends and family with their hvac systems. Before long, I was helping out friends of friends, their coworkers and their family. The more the phone rang the more I realized I needed to start my own residential and commercial company in 2003.

We offer new equipment from small fans to 50 ton rooftop units including ductwork, ventilation and controls. We offer to design your HVAC system in collaboration with your general contractor or architect. They were out within 3 hours of my call. They were fast responsive, did not upsell, looked over the furnace and let me know it was still in good shape. Replaced an inducer motor, and couldn't be happier. Technician was prompt, picked up the part after diagnosis and the price was very fair. I would recommend Rich and his team to anyone.

If your own dad owned a heating & cooling company, you still couldn’t get better service. I was a first-time customer, calling over a holiday weekend, to get a second opinion on A/C service after the “big A-B guys” told me we needed to replace our entire system. They sent someone over that same day (everyone else was either booked a week or more out, or wouldn’t even take calls), and were able to fix the problem without even hinting at an up-sell. They turned a $6k, two-week problem into a $200, same-day solution. Highest possible recommendation.

I recently hired this company to help me with a dispute with my home warranty company who had hired another A/C company to handle a service call. Rich was very informative and helpful regarding my situation. He did not criticize the other company; but rather explained to me what they may have meant from the wording in their evaluation but then took his time to thoroughly inspect the A/C unit. As it turns out; the other A/C company was wrong in their evaluation and was basically trying to get me to replace a system that didn't need replacing yet.
