One year ago I used my second stimulus payment to purchase a used car. Due to low credit score I received in house financing, and an additional charge of $1500 for a GPS tracking system. The electrical system has had major issues. I knew the GPS system was improperly in stalled, repeated calls and 2 in person visits, netted me manager Brian's ascertation that they do nothing wrong and it is my problem. Burned through a year of roadside assistance in two months and have none now for another 6 months. Repeated calls for a year ignored! It is now so bad last month I paid $160.00 at the Art of Maintence

I didn't necessarily have the greatest experience purchasing my vehicle, but I did pay extra for the vehicle protection plan. When a linkage snapped not long after, the company I had the protection plan with tried to bone me. When my check engine light came on, later, I almost had a heart attack. Not only did Brian make sure I was taken care of and road worthy, he facilitated the vehicle protection plan paying for it... Then, went the extra mile and got me some of my money back on the previous repair. Some ppl might look at it like "where's the rest of my money," but I'm looking at it like "this

I read an ad on craigs list for a car they had that I was interested in. The ad started with a long description of how they were being 'covid responsible' in terms of social distancing and keeping the cars sanitized, and of course the sign on the door said "Masks Required".
I get there and the first salesmen by the door is not wearing a mask, and tells me I don't need to wear mine if I don't want to. That is not in accordance with Multnomah County requirements as of this time. He was also plain rude, I was gone in under a minute.

Do not buy here, they jack up the price of the vehicles & downgrade any trade-in you may have. Old school used car dealership with shady tactics. Look elsewhere! Example: I traded in a truck with 5 brand new tires on it along with a brand new distributor and stereo system with speakers, they offered me $750.00 for it, the new tires alone were $1,000.00. The new distributor was over $1,000.00, and the new stereo and speakers were around $500.00-750.00. Geez... I took the deal anyway to get into a newer vehicle, lost money big time on the trade in. Didn't have the free time to sell the used

I bought a 2014 Kia Sorento from them. They said because I was getting such a good deal on the price they could not offer me the 3 month warranty they usually offer all customers and insisted I sign an "as is" because of the price. Which was over blue book value.
The next day I seen it was leaking oil. I take it to my mechanic for an inspection and to see where the leak was coming from. They referred me to Kia Service. I then took it to Kia where they informed the motor was bad.

We recently purchased a used Ford F-250 for our family. After one week, and less than 100 mikes, the engine seized up & we are now having to replace it. We contacted our salesperson & the store manager and they are unwilling to provide any help. If this happened several months after purchasing, we would be understanding, but one week is very poor business.

I just bought a truck from them and three months and 7 days later my transmission went out, they were rude when we called, the worst place to buy a car. I would beware of this car lot the transmission went out exactly a week after the warranty expired and they didn't even offer a diagnostic they just told me basically thanks for the 10 grand better luck next time paid cash upfront and not even an apology

Me and my girlfriend stopped by to look at a Kia, eventually looked around and found another Kia we enjoyed and bought. 3 weeks after we bought it there was a problem with the spark coil, I don't think that is something they could tell was bad just by looking at it. We had a warranty but it wasn't covered by it, after calling the manager he helped us with getting it taken care of. He was very nice and helpful I appreciate the care he put into helping us.

I just finance my first car. Bickmore was the first place I reached out to because they had multiple vehicles that fit what I was looking for, and they advertise that they work with bad credit which mine is definitely a work in progress. I knew this journey would be challenging and was upfront about it. I called on a Thursday, they said they could help me. We talked about what I was looking for and that I was needing to get into a car asap, and was told I'd hear back. After 6 hours I called back and was told I'd hear something the next day. Was sold an unsafe vehicle confirmed by Kia. Brian (GM) told Kia to not tell me and to just get the check engine light off. The suspension, fuel tank, and tie rod are damaged and Kia advised me to return the vehicle back to Bickmore. Bickmore is claiming it will cost $40 to fix which is complete BS, they have the report from Kia. Yesterday ended in being threatened by the owner to get off his lot or he would call the cops because I was understandably upset. They won't trade the vehicle out or do anything. I've had it less than two weeks with issue after issue. Stay away from these crooks

As to the pricing; the car I bought for $10,999 has a blue book value of $8,000 and trade in value of $4,000.
As to the maintenance; the check engine light that you guys "fixed" before we took the car home lit up again after we got possession of the car because all they did was make the light go off, not fix the issue. And the back brake pads were so gone that the rotors were damaged. Is that a safe car to sell to a young family?
As to coming back so you can prove your service; I came back and voiced my concerns and was told that because the actual value

We were sent the 'payment coupons' from Alliance Acceptance Corp. They were late..
payment date was for 8 days before pay date and on top of that, we were told that there was a grace period. We found out the hard way that there is not a grace period.
My husband got a snotty call from Alliance Acceptance Corp and demanded a call back by the end of the day.. well, guess what.. surprise.. he has a job and he works.

Absolute waste of time. I was interested in a car they had advertised online, so I called ahead and let them know I had limited time on my lunch break to come look at it and take it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. The staff was nice enough, but the truck I got was and is a POS. I was stupid to not have a mechanic look at it. I'm now 5000 upside down on the thing. The warranty I have doesn't cover my evap system, which it the problem. I was lied to a few times about Deq, the gas cap, and the warranty. They are good if you need a throw away car but anything else steer clear.
