My 2020 Super Duty had a recall and Suburban Ford was the only place (out of 5 other dealerships I called) able to get me in within a couple of weeks vs a couple of months. I also purchased timbrens from them and wanted to installation at the same time of my service. Dylan in the Service Dept helped coordinate all the moving parts and was able to get everything scheduled and serviced seamlessly. Even though it’s a drive to get to, I’ll be back for my all my maintenance and service needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My fiancé and I went in not intending on buying a vehicle same day we were looking at a Tundra just doing our research and had Les helping us this was such a pleasant experience (typically I absolutely can’t stand going to car lots) We ended up test driving the vehicle and loved it the price was fair and Les and his finance guy went over above and beyond for us in fact we ended up getting the truck same day! David Flom and Les Scofield are my guys, every transaction is simple and painless. I purchase every vehicle for my company from these two, every time it's a simple as a phone call. We just bought a new to us diesel truck and the experience was great! Our sales guy Tony Reyes was awesome to deal with, he was so down to earth and we enjoyed the whole experience! I would not trust these guys, someone I know had a truck built from factory and told he'd pay MSRP, $82k, deal fell through and ended up not getting the truck. Suburban turned around and said "New MSRP" is $90,635. I don't care that they want to make more money, but isn't it false advertising to say that is MSRP if we know it's not. Seems shady and I've heard other horror stories, be careful with these guys.

This was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with any dealership in our entire lives. We brought our truck to them in June of 2021 with an apparent seized engine (on a 2013 F250 Super Duty with only 40K miles) . Even after they had the vehicle for SIX weeks, after we paid $23,000, it barely lasted two weeks before we limped it back to Suburban Ford again with major issues. We did not want to return it to this dealership, after feeling like the customer service level and care was absent, as well as any attention to detail. I wanted to make appointment to have my car scanned because i have a miss in my motor so i called the service dept to make appointment at subburban ford in sandy,, a man told me just drop it off like 830 am and pick up the car at 3pm well i live 12 miles east of sandy and i live by my self i have nobody to give me a ride back , so if i drop of my car where iam i going to go for 6 hours, sitting for that long in a dealer for that time is too long for me , why cant the ford dealer make appointment and who cares if i get there behind schedual i cant wait ,,,,iam sure ford dealers have more then

Wish I read some of the reviews before going to this crooked place. I found a car that I was interested in and they were nice enough to let us take it overnight. We enjoyed it but also found things that needed to be fixed. When people buy a car they want it to at least be the bare minimum of functional but this guy(Pat Dunn) blatantly told us that we have "X-ray vision" because we found things wrong that we wanted fixed like we were crazy. There was even rodent damage under the hood to the insulation and we were willing to overlook it if it was taken care of but they treated us like freeloaders

We purchased a 2012 toyota tundra from this dealership for around 20

The sales team was pleasant but I feel that I was sold a very unsafe truck.
we wanted to buy from a place that was reputable and decided to go with a dealership that was well known . We were expecting our new child and wanted a safe and reliable vehicle.
Drove the truck a little over 500 miles to find out that the breaks and rotors were completely shot and had to replaced. The 1200 $ repair was very difficult for us with the newborn arrival.

The only reason - I repeat, the ONLY reason - that I came here for service was that I had ordered tires from TireRack (my third car having done such) and this was the only Ford dealer in the state of Oregon that was equipped to receive and install TireRack tires for some stupid reason. This place is extremely far for me; to the tune of some 60-ish miles. Not fun. And there was major construction on streets leading there that led to major delays. Besides the tires I was wanting to get MY standard of routine maintenance done on the car in preparation for an interstate

Drove out in Labor Day to see what deals were available. Apparently didn't look like a buyer or something, received no help. "Didn't want to hound me". This was my first time to this dealership I usually deal with Courtesy Ford fleet but they didn't have the Explorer I wanted so I drove to Suburban and dealt with Mikki the fleet manager. This was one of the best experience I had. Mikki explained everything and was very straight forward with the process no trying to low ball me with the trade exactly what KBB value the trade in would be and I was pretty happy. The new Ford Explorer sport was on the website with the price so that was done. The whole process went very smoothly ... I have to say a little under 2.5 hours and I was out of there

Back in 2017 i had purchased a Ford Raptor, which unfortunately was a lemon. I wasn't protected by the lemon law as it was considered a fleet vehicle due to my corporation, and not eligible for a replacement. Erinn Sowles, the general manager, lovely Beth Brewer in sales, Ayrn Fix in service all worked diligently with Ford to make sure i was taken care of. I ended up with a brand new 2018 Raptor, and this one was no lemon! These guys really care. I promise they will take care of you too!

Chris and Beth were great to work with and the truck purchase went smoothly. However, after being told my registration fees were misquoted and I owe another $450, there was no help to be found. The company wouldn't even look into it nor offered to help me take care of it on a payment basis. These guys are all about the sale, with nothing to back it up. Terrible customer service.

Every time we started a deal, I would ask for a purchase order, and every time it would come back 3k over the advertised price. I live in Oregon and put money down on a truck in Idaho only to have it come back $1500 because

Last Saturday after communicating with Suburban's salesman George Z. the night before over the phone, we bought a new beautiful FORD F-150 truck. Our concern was that looking around at several dealer's inventory and finding the best selection and prices at Suburban we had snow forecasted for Saturday.
