Our January-February bill was $15. Better than that, our February-March bill was $1.95! We have had great weather these the past couple of months and we have not needed much power increase. It has been fun watching the power increase as the sun intensity increase. We are very pleased and excited to join the solar family through the TSO installation.
Ours was completed about 2 months after signing a contract. We did extensive research for other Houston providers, and interviewed two other companies. TSO was the most informed, thorough and transparent than the others. The design, ACC approval, city permitting, installation and commissioning were flawless. Our perfect experience and timeline parallels those of the previous customer's post. We have 24 panels and a SolarEdge inverter. We highly recommend TSO to all our friends.

I purchased 13 solar panels which were installed late July of last year (2019). The system functioned well, but several items were not taken care of as promised. One of the two main issues were having them trim some trees that caused shade over the panels. One gentlemen by the last name Thomas came to my house to evaluate the trimming and said he had "some guys" that would come out to take care of it. Well, it's been over a year and they never came. Great experience. You deal with one person throughout the entire process. They beat every date they quoted. Very helpful throughout the entire process and answered all questions so even I could understand. The install crew came and finished in one day and cleaned up very well. The install looks great. The system works very well so far (about a week). I'm very happy with the results.
Had the system for 2 months now and I already have a substantial credit with my service provider. The performance has exceeded what was quoted by at least 10%. Loving it.

I wish I would have gone with Texas Solar Outfitters! I started to shop around, I got 6 quotes, all of them pretty similar, same warranties, and all around the same price. I chose one of the larger companies, but right after I signed, a friend told me to contact Texas Solar Outfitters. Jordan Adams was helping me, I gave him all my information, and within hours a had a quote. Their price was the lowest, not by a lot, but it gave me the best ROI. Jordan was great, he answered all my questions, and he followed up with me, I would highly recommended him if you reach out to Texas Solar Outfitters.

Hired Texas Solar Outfitters to design and rough-in for residential new construction project. Their team was helpful and informative on solar technologies (battery storage, etc.) in conjunction with alternative power sources (generators). Small issue with new construction (generator) rough-in and structural requirements, preferred independent licensed electrician who took out the original permit to take on the task of rough-in. But otherwise reliable and knowledgeable service.

My solar was installed by Texas Solar Outfitters, and worked great for two years, then stopped working two months ago to an inverter problem. Texas Solar Outfitters won't even answer the phone anymore, and they don't respond to voicemails. So I haven't had working solar panels for two months now. The 25 year warranty is a joke if you can't get service on the panels.

We originally signed a contract with Adaptive Solar. They disappeared on us after we purchased equipment for their plan. TSO agreed to jump in am execute the plan with the materials we had bought. They were excellent to work with, and resolved some vexing permitting issues and equipment issues that were entirely the fault of our original contractor. Highly recommend!
