I'm going to keep it simple for anyone interested in buying these windows from any company out there. This window is the Family Dollar of all windows, no shade to Family Dollar (I go here). Whatever lead time they tell you, times it by 2. 10 Weeks? yeah right, its 20 weeks. Once they finally arrive they seem as if they were assembled in a rush where the workers were forced to use their feet to assemble them.
Solid 1/5, honest review. Would really like for them to take a step back, and attack the quality and lead time issues seriously.

We had been trying to change our windows through them for 3 days in my new home. The reason was that they installed a brand new window with a crack in it. When we tried to schedule an appointment, they always had issues. In addition, it was too hard to connect someone in the call. Also very hard to schedule the service other than their convenient time.

If I could give less than one star I would. After waiting months for my windows to finally show up, the installer never put up screens in my windows, so I can't open my windows, or bugs will come in. They also didn't remove the stickers from my windows, so now I have to spend additional money on products to remove the glue that the stickers left behind. I've tried to call and email multiple times, and never gotten a response. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
