Still no resolution on this issue. I am not being told by Scott the warrantee manager that he needs the Regional Manager to make decisions to provide solutions. No calls from the regional manager and no calls from Scott with resolutions. Its sad that you need to post online reviews to obtain warrantee service. Still have painters tape on all of the latch mechanisms on my BRAND NEW TUSCANY WINDOWS.....

I'd highly advise against using this company's products -- their supposed "lifetime" warranty is full of obscure clauses that they're all too happy to utilize for their subpar products. Our home had at least 3 windows begin to intake moisture, but Milgard flatly refused to honor their "lifetime" warranty. Windows can be a major investment, so I'd recommend taking a safer route with a more reputable brand that at least tries to make a good faith effort to rectify their flawed products.

I purchased Milgard windows in 2007 because they have a great warranty. The problem is the warranty is great however, getting someone to come take care of the problem is subpar. My kitchen window had a seal break, now all we see is wet fog. The first available appt. is not until July. I am disappointed not being able to get this window replaced in a timely fashion. If you have warranty work you better be ready for a long wait.

While the product is very good, the customer service is horrible. They will switch delivery dates without notifying the customer or the dealer where purchased. My delivery didn’t make it off the truck and we are still trying to track it down a week later. When customer service was contacted they give no response. Definitely will be finding another window company for me and my customers in the future.

Top notch service and support. Greg was my installer, and even in the midst of pandemic, he was clean, professional, and his work was immaculate. My windows are beautiful, and the install is even nicer. Even after 14 years, and only 2 warranty claims total for my entire house, my windows STILL look like new.

We had Milgard windows installed in our new construction home 5 years ago. We have really enjoyed the ease of use and efficiency of the windows especially since they go up and down a lot in our home. In addition the service and warranty are outstanding. We have only needed 2 service calls in the last 5 years. Both times I easily registered a customer service call online at the Milgard site. They contacted me, set a date and then arrived on time. We had one window replaced and there is/was no charge since the windows are warranted for lifetime (since we built the home).

Good news - Milgard windows were installed when our home was built in 2005, and they have generally been very good windows. Bad news - 12 have lost their seal between the double panes. Good news - Milgard will honor the warranty and replace these. Bad news - the installer went to the Denver warehouse to pickup the replacement windows, for installation today, as scheduled by Milgard, and the warehouse was LOCKED UP and the installer could not pickup the replacement windows.

I had a warranty claim on a couple of the 13 new Milgard Windows I had installed. Both times I called I met with very professional staff more than willing to resolve the issue. I provided pictures of the issue and with no questions asked, they scheduled a time to replace them. The Field Technicians were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job. I'm Impressed and that's no easy task.

It took several weeks to receive a response from Milgard but once contact was made it took a little over a month from the first visit to examine the defective window to second visit to deliver the new window. The service tech was VERY cordial during both visits. The tech had the old window out and the new window installed in about 20 minutes. The window was covered under warranty and is beautiful. I understand my son has Milgard windows in his new home and I told him he will never regret going with Milgard.

We had a horrible experience with the service department getting factory issues with our brand new windows fixed. It has so far taken 6 service appointments (7th scheduled this week!) to get issues fixed. I should note that of those 7, 3 they no-called/no-showed after confirming the appointment 2 days prior. We bought the higher-end fiberglass windows and french door, the door seal leaked and whistled right off the bat, one of the window panes had an inclusion, and the paint was badly chipped all over the french door, along with some other minor issues. They have now been installed for 3.5 months
