Let me start by saying that I booked an appointment for them to come look at my front doors and my side door of my business over a month ago. I never saw nor heard from them so when I realized I was still waiting I called and spoke to the same lady and she tried to act like she didn't remember who I was. Then we set up another appointment which was over eight days ago when they came out and I called today to see if the bed was ready which I'm sure it should've been ready since it's eight days to put a bid together for two doors.
