***** PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR UPDATED REVIEW***** The only reason I am giving New England Heating & Cooling a 5 star rating is because that is most it would allow. I would and will recommend this company to anyone who needs service to their heating/cooling systems and they have gained lifelong customers with us. Between our dealings with techs Dave, Billy, and the owner Ralph, they have showed not only are they experienced and beyond professional... they're also honest, beyond reasonably priced, readily available at all hours, and genuinely care about their customers satisfaction and well being. Horrible service! If I could give a 0 star rather than 1 that would be more appropriate for this company. Took 3 months for Ralph and his workers to install our A/C and he left us high and dry! It is still not finished and he already deposited our checks. We called him to confirm his return to finish the job and we were lied to, hung up on three times, delayed and he never completed the project. Ralph screamed at me on the phone like a 5 year old having a tantrum. Is this how he runs his company? A disgraceful company that is money hungry and only wants your payment! Unprofessional service by this company especially the owner, Ralph. He delayed our A/C instillation multiple times which ended in an almost 4 month project when we were told it would take 4-5 days from start to finish and resulted in the job not getting finished. Ralph along with his workers used foul language, cursing left and right every time they stepped foot in our home. Sloppy work was done, they cut corners to save themselves time rather than doing the proper repairs to satisfy their customer. These guys are great. We had some issues with scheduling and what not but it was in the middle of winter and they had emergency calls which is understandable. Excellent work, competitive prices and Ralphs a good guy.

I called New England Heating & Cooling to fix a leak from my AC/furnace unit in the middle of a July heat wave. Other companies either did not call back, did not respond to emails or blew off appointments. Ralph fit me in and was able to fix the problem quickly and at a good price. He will have my business going forward. Definite 5 star service

Ralph is one of the nicest and most honest man I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. He came out on a holiday for free to inspect my AC compressor. In 2 days, his talented crew of Dan and Bill installed the new compressor in record time. The best part, it was almost $2000 cheaper than the last repair man whom quoted the replacement cost.

Owner came to look at my compressor not working. Said I needed a whole new system because it was R22 and 17 years old. Compressors and handlers. I didn't believe, so I had a friend in HVAC business come. He opened the unit, saw a new capacitor in the box inside the unit. Plugged it in and in 5 min we had AC. $19 part available anywhere. My family and I are enjoying AC on this 95 degree day no thanks to you.

Let me just start off by saying that I do not usually take the time to write up reviews but in this case I felt obligated to because the service was so great. My heating system stopped working last night and it was literally freezing in my house with my wife and two kids. I was frantically searching for someone that could help and had called one other place but they did not call me back.
I luckily found New England Heating & Cooling and saw all the great reviews so gave them a call (mind you at 1am !!) Robert promptly returned my phone call and was able to schedule out a time to come out first

Robert and Ralph were over my house within 2 hours of my call for a Oil/Gas Conversion. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with Robert's knowledge level and readily apparent passion for his workmanship. We came to a very agreeable pricepoint and struck an agreement for the job. I'm glad I found New England Heating. My boiler wouldn't fire up and was also using a lot of water. I called many people, including my normal plumber, to no success until I found this company after hours on a Friday. He explained the costs of his service and came out right away when I requested it. He got the boiler to fire up within 2 minutes and then 5 minutes after that I knew why it was using water.
He gave me a very fair price. Honestly was shocked at it not being more, and did the repairs in a timely manner. Was courteous and very willing to listen and to explain what was going on. I had
