Super responsive, fast service. Disconnected a gas stove and removed two toilets and a pedestal sink to allow the painters and floorers to work more efficiently. Inspected and serviced the gas furnace. Replaced two leaky valves in the plumbing in the basement. Very knowledgeable, quick, and professional. Already engaged them to come back for the reconnection of the stove and reinstallation of the sinks and toilet. Thanks!

This is the 4th time i've used pilgrim and I've always been very happy with their work. They're timely, responsive, and knowledgeable. The first time was a major leak from our septic pipe, and Brian was right over to propose a solution to fix it. We've used them for leaks in the ceiling to broken O-rings to leaky faucets. They're great!

We were fortunate to meet and work with Brian and his Pilgrim team a few years ago when he installed the gas connections to our generator and have been calling him ever since to complete other projects for us. Most recently on a Sunday morning we found a leak coming from our water heater. I called his office and spoke to his answering service to report the problem. Within 5 minutes Brian returned my call to understand the issue and patiently walk me through how to turn off the water and had a team member come out the very next morning to assess and repair it.
