I was recommended W.B. Arthur by S&D Plumbing after my hot water line sprung a leak in the slab and caused damage in my garage and laundry room. Chris from W.B. Arthur is quite likely one of the happiest and friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Chris explained all the steps they were taking and scheduled the daily moisture checks around my availability and was very careful and aware of my escape artist cat.
It was a GREAT experience and truthfully made the whole "hey your house kinda flooded and oh also you don't have hot water in the kitchen" experience

I called to get a quote for a small job today from Trey and it ended up not being the right fit for me. It was a fair quote but the value of my furniture didn't make it worth it. I'm still leaving five-stars though because Trey Was thorough in his explanation and quote and when I told him I would probably just do the job myself he was completely understanding and said I could call back and he would give me advice on how to do the job best on my own. I LOVE that! If I ever need to use a company, I feel confident I'll be treated fairly here.

Aycox Cleaning stands out from the rest! I have a pet that threw up on my couch along with a friends pet that decided that both my couches were a toilet :(
I then called Ken, got a quote and did my research. Not only was he priced fair, he worked with me since I was going out of town and did a fantastic job.
You could tell he wants that repeat business versus over charging you up front by the way he personalizes the before, during and after process.
I will definetly use Aycox Cleaning again!
