We offer student specials to any student renting for 90 days or more. We will pro-rate you to the day you move in and move out, and give you 10% off our regular prices. While on site you will notice that there is a video camera looking at you, no matter where you go in our facility. While cameras don't prevent crimes, they do greatly assist law enforcement in determining who did what and when.

AAA Self Storage in Lubbock, Texas welcomes you to our facility. We hope to make your storage experience as pleasurable as it can be. Our difference is our company policy - not to apply fees as a profit center, but rather as a means to reign in unruly tenants.
And, we know most of our competitors don't like to talk about how secure their facility is, or break-ins and theft from storage units. It has happened to every facility, just some more than others. I cannot believe how rude the manager here is. I called to enquire about a unit. I simply asked about their noise policy and he went on a short rant about city zoning ordinances before HANGING UP ON ME. That is not how good business works and I will be taking mine elsewhere. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.
Edit after 4 years, because that's when the owner decided to respond directly instead of fraudulently giving himself a 5 star review:

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Please do not go this storage place. This is a scam, and the owner is bigot and will never answer the phone. And when asking questions he will always hang up on your face. When I asked questions over the unit, he told me to have my parents call him, I am 27 years old. The service here was terrible. Choose any storage place but here, I promise you will be happier that you did. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
