I rented a 10x10 unit with these guys for a little over a year and was very pleased with the location, security, service, and price. I felt safe while there and I felt that my items were safe while I stored them there. You can set up an auto-payment online, which was very convenient for me. The owners are both very kind and kept in contact to make sure my unit was still being used, so my auto -payments wouldn't continue without my knowledge. Anytime I called with questions, they were quick to answer the phone or get back to me if I left a message. My roommate and I moved all of my stuff out
