I was told at leasing that the units were pest controlled. My unit is currently full of mice and mice droppings all over everything! Not pest controlled at all! Dust in long term storage is to be expected, but not the moisture damage that has occurred to my solid wood furniture! Peeled finish on all the furniture, rusted metal headboards, and a rusted top on the washing machine are all from moisture! This was not done due to flooding because none of the bottoms of anything is rusted just the tops and sides of things. They are poorly constructed tin units with no separate roofs on them and have
