Andy's Movers & Storage is AMAZING!!
This was our 4th time using them between various family members. Our situation included moving from 1 main house to 3 different locations. From the initial conversations with Jan & Kim, facetime estimate with Shelly, & the actual moving day with Tim & his unbelievably professional & super nice crew- the move was as stress free as it could possibly be!!

We were so impressed with Andy's from the start! Making all the arrangements before the move was smooth. Janet took care of everything for us leading up to the day. They were efficient and quick in moving us, but took their time making sure everything was wrapped and safely stored in the truck. The workers were so friendly and so polite. I needed to move and wasn't sure what company to hire. I called several companies and I was not comfortable with any of them. So I searched on Yelp and saw the great reviews for Andy's. The lady that helped me on the phone was very nice and answered all my questions. On the day of the move the 3 movers (Craig, Patrick &Ryan) arrived at the specified time and they were great. They were efficient and were able to complete the move a lot sooner than I had anticipated. I will definitely use them again and will recommend Andy's to everyone I know. I move about once a year and have also moved items between offices and hands down Andy's is the best, top notch. Tas and Robert + his team are phenomenal. They come in below their quote every time and are incredibly fast and organized, and cool on top. I've tried pure and other movers and no one can compare all around. Janet at the office made everything easy and smooth. Save yourself any hassle, time and money and only use these guys, especially this crew if they're available.

I have used Andy's Transfer during two elementary school modernization moves as well as 4 residential moves. Most recently we moved during this Covid-19 crisis. Within a week from the first call I made, the team at Andy's Transfer made our urgent move happen. We appreciated the safety and use of the virtual tour to provide the estimate. I used Andy's in 2012 for a local move and was super satisfied. So, when it was time to move in 2019, we hired them again. We hired them for two local moves in Dec 2019 (we were merging two households into one). Once again, Andy's delivered. They were timely, efficient, considerate, and careful with our stuff. Nothing broken. Nothing forgotten. And they took extra care not to brush against our newly painted interior walls. Plus, they are just generally kind and helpful people. This includes the estimator, the front-office people, and the moving crews. I would definitely hire them again

Pat at Andy's is a great guy to work with. He is as accommodating as he can be and will always try and work with you to make things go as smoothly as possible. We moved using ANDY's (North American Agent) cross country, from Sunland, CA to Charleston, WV.
I would never recommend using them for an interstate move or use them again in the future, due to the following:
Shelly King came out to estimate the job a couple of weeks prior to the scheduled move. She assured us that her estimate was without financial risk because if the actual weight came in lower, we would receive a credit. She estimated the total weight approximately 17K pounds @ $1.00 per pound = $17K. I received the weight from the driver (not the office clerk, Kimberly, as promised

Andy's Transfer & Storage moved us from Pasadena to Riverside in April. It wasn't an easy move - we had lived in the same house for 20 years and had a lot of stuff, requiring two trucks, and several weeks in storage while we waited for our new house to close escrow. Our new home is in an old neighborhood with narrow streets and the larger truck couldn't come up close to the house, so they had to shuttle the stuff in. The move wasn't cheap, but they did a substantial amount of packing for us, moving everything from antique china to a large motorcycle.

Completely met our needs, promptly, courteously, and well within budget. That made this a very cost effective move for us. Estimate was a bit more than I thought it should be, but the actual move proved to be exactly what I had anticipated and thought it should be. There is a reason they have been in business for over 90 years--great service with the best help in getting us thru the move. We moved out of our 32 year home, and Robert and his crew were efficient, careful, and caring.

I did a major cross-continental move with Andy's. I wrote a review arriving, explaining how the company crew were surly, rough with my boxes and, then, lost/destroyed a couple of my bins. Now that the claim process is finished, I thought I would write another, updated review. Surprise, surprise, the claim process concluded that the company did not have to compensate me for my possessions that they lost/destroyed -- despite the fact that their own driver had witnessed my lost/destroyed property. It's so sad when companies make mistakes and then won't accept responsibility for it

I can't give enough stars to Andy's Transfer & Storage in Glendale. They packed and moved 37 years worth of furniture, household goods, etc. for our big move up north. We're closing on our new home next week, and they're delivering the next day. Their staff, from Kim in the office, to the movers and their manager, Robert, have been very professional, timely and considerate. They staff up well, and are able to pack quickly, and their pricing is very reasonable.

Andy's moved our law office a month ago, and we could not have been more satisfied or impressed! They sent a 17 man crew and 5 trucks to move about 4,000 SF of files, furniture and equipment.

We were given this company's name as a recommendation for a long distance move. ARE WE GLAD WE USED THEM!! From Shelly, who came out to give us our quote, to the gentlemen who made the move for us, it couldn't have gone smoother. We were also relocating my mother on the same day. Everyone at Andy's Transfer and Storage was professional and helpful from estimate to the completion of the job. Movers did a spectacular job showing great care and speed in getting the move done. The people that arrived to shuttle our boxes and furniture to the warehouse were very upbeat and helpful. The move went well (LA to NYC) with only two issues. 1. No call was received alerting us their arrival some weeks later, causing a mad scramble as no one lived in the apartment yet. 2. One chair leg was broken and will need to be repaired. This is a high cost move and I would expect better service and care of our items.

I just ran into these 2 guys at a porter ranch gas station and they were so rude and unprofessional. He was shoving his car trying to make me move while raising his hand in the air giving me the finger....
He literally would have hit my car just to get out of the gas station first while driving around with other peoples valuables. I would never trust them to move my property just based on the way they drive...
Also he drove off the sidewalk in that big truck because he was in such a rush. Im almost positive he broke some things inside.

We hired Andy's Transfer & Storage to move us from Gendale to La Cañada during some of the worse rain LA has seen in years and the move could not have gone better. These guys are fantastic, professional, friendly, and FAST! They are very thorough and helped us pre-pack and prepare to make certain everything went smoothly on moving day. The movers never wasted a moment and worked extremely hard and with great care. Without a doubt we would use Andy's again and recommend them to anyone who's needing the best movers in the business.
