I was driving down the street when I saw Justin working on a neighbor's roof, and pulled over just to see if I could get a card. Justin was super friendly and happily came down so I could introduce myself. He could have just shouted that his number is on the side of the truck (I've definitely had that response before), but he's not that kind of person. If you want top notch customer care, and a beautiful roof to boot, these are the guys for you. Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. After having been ignored by multiple contractors due to only a repair being needed, I was relieved to find such a professional company. Tina responded promptly to my inquiry and immediately set an appointment. Even when she reached my office voice mail she left a detailed message which allowed the project to move forward. Justin arrived as scheduled and was highly professional and competent. Michael Pool is the absolutely best choice for customer service! We had a flat roof leak on a small area around our chimney, which during Harvey not only leaked but brought down the ceiling. His company fixed it well...still a leak occurred, Michael came out and did spot repairs, But wait there’s more... We were getting new windows and he shared that the best fix would be to reinstall flashing up under the windows and around the perimeter. We rescheduled a number of times to have his team out when the window company would be there (Rained our 3 times). He and his crew came on a Saturday...reinstalled

What an outstanding experience! Roof Services replaced our worn out composite roof, with a Standing Ridge Metal roof. They accomplished this job with professionalism and wonderful communication. This family run roof business did an AMAZING job at our home. We had a roof leak, and we called Roof Services to help us out. Michael, Tina, and their staff addressed our needs.
