At SkyWest we like to schedule an initial meeting with the Client to establish the lines of communication within the Builder/Client/Architect team. We level with you early on about your budget, rather than using the "foot in the door" low price, only to increase the cost later. During the bidding process, we thoroughly examine the costs and issues to arrive at an accurate budget upfront.
Not sure where to start with my praises for Doug Marsh and SkyWest Builders. He built a custom home for my family in the Westlake area and he did it on time and under budget despite the complexities, setbacks and very demanding clients! He is the most open, honest and hard working builder I have ever met and would recommend him even for the most complex projects.

I've learned that remodels are easy to start, but it takes real skill to finish the job AND finish it well. Skywest can make it happen! High-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, responsible and personable employees all make for a great experience. This is the second major remodel with Skywest Builders and we'd hire them in an instant if we were planning on going for a third.

Doug Marsh is without a doubt the best general contractor with whom a person can work. He helped us remodel our entire house 18 months ago and we could not be happier with the end result. We hired another contractor that completely ruined our house. We called Doug and his team and were desperate for a honest and great contractor to fix the mess. We called his references and all were excellent. Once we started working with Doug we knew we were in the right hands. His sub contractors were awesome. He finished on time and the work exceeded our expectations. He completely gutted and remodeled the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, etc. You cannot go wrong by hiring Doug and SkyWest Builders. We have referred him to several people and all have been super happy with the work!

Doug Marsh and crew are miracle workers. We had popcorn ceilings and they were falling in places. Doug and crew came into our house, moved necessary furniture, covered and taped it well and did a fabulous job of the new ceilings throughout the entire house.
We wanted our old kitchen and bathroom cabinets painted. No problem. They painted them off white with a soft brown rubbed accent. They are gorgeous.
Put in a new bathroom heater/vent/light. Had to cut a hole in the roof because of new code. Great job.

Doug was the contractor for an addition we had done to the back of our home. We are so thrilled with how it turned out. It is beautiful. His workers did a beautiful job and Doug watched them closely to make sure all was going well. The workers were very respectful and courteous. Doug was at the job everyday and most days twice. We get compliments all the time on how great the finish out of the new room looks. Thank you Doug for a beautiful new space! Doug Marsh at SkyWest Builders did a fabulous job on a big remodel project for us last summer. He was attentive at every stage of the process. Amazingly the cost did not go over projections. Doug worked effectively with a decorator and a broad variety of subs. He was especially good at figuring out what was important to us and tailoring decisions and suggestions to our budget and tastes. I will certainly use SkyWest for my next remodel job!

SkyWest Builders took over a "remodel gone horribly wrong" and turned the entire experience from a nightmare to a dream. Doug, the owner, is so professional as are all the folks that work for him.
