The salesman Fred was accommodating and knowledgeable about the Ford Bronco and made the purchase process easy. Christina in the financing department made financing and finalizing the purchase the most stress free part of the purchase.
Unfortunately, Ford Motor Company did a terrible job with communicating to reservation holders for the Ford Bronco 2021 model. They did not adhere to time stamp order and sold vehicles to late reservation holders before many 1st week reservation holders. Ford also did a poor job in communicating after the vehicle was built informing me why it took 3 months for it

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Empire Ford of Huntington NY. I also wanted to thank Jack Han in commercial sales. Jack helped my wife and I get the amazing Transit connect XLT, Well really a gift for me lol. Jack thanks so much for making my experience great and for engaging with my family, you really made it great. I wanted to give a perfect five stars but my wife advised me that the Finance manager Jason Jautze was a little bit rude. I saw a truck I was interested in for my husband, called to make sure the vehicle was available and it was. I went in and met Mike Daniels and liked the truck and left a deposit so my husband could see the truck. We purchased the truck and Mike Daniels and his team made this a stress free experience. This was my first time coming to this location. I love all the cars there. However I decided to go with something else for a better price but it is very clean and organized. The car sales men are all very nice and helpful. They had some really great deals but I found something else I liked alot. If I ever need another car I will try to come back in the future.
