I bought a car on 10/09/2021 from Dream Car Gallery, https://www.dreamcargallery.com/, and they still have not sent me my registration. I called the lien holder, Capital One Auto, and they said Dream Car Gallery has not created a title for my vehicle. I have called and emailed Dream Car every day for almost two weeks and no one picks up the phone or gets backs to me-I'm not sure this company is even in business anymore. This place is unprofessional, unreliable and possibly not in business anymore. Stay FAR FAR away!!!

1 star because the salesperson was nice. Dealership is garbage. 50% of the cars online aren’t in the lot or “just sold”. Price you see online is definitely not the price. I’ll give them credit because they do have a “$1995 down payment + $995 “dealer prep” hidden in the fine print.. okay cool so just add another $3k. That’s it right? Nope. The “certification fee” which they say is optional(again in the fine print) , isn’t optional it’s mandatory so add another $5k. I almost died laughing when a $20k car ended up being $28,500 (+$8,500 over advertised price). If you like

Angel and Giselle were accommodating at first, but when I reached out weeks later to find out why I haven’t received my registration and why my trade-in hadn’t been paid off…I got no response. The other staff members barely spoke to me.
I wish I got a better deal on my vehicle. The car I bought was originally listed at $23,995 online. All together, I ended up financing $36,347. I feel like they could have worked with me on the price. Also, I never received my registration.

Do yourself a favor get your car from a different dealership! i purchased my car from this nightmare of a dealership july 11 2021 for about 5 or 6 thousand more in fees then advertised and today as i write this my trade in has yet to be paid off ! i am being hit with months worth of late fees and my credit is taking a serious hit you think one person in that whole place gives a damn ? first they said a check was sent to my lender at the wrong address, so i provided the correct addresss 2 different times ! next they say the check was sent and rejected by my lender for being the wrong amount now

They then gave my pregnant wife a bounce business check which is criminal behavior
For $7000. They then gave her a fake FedEx shipping envelope stating that the good check is in the envelope

We had a terrible experience here. They had no problem waisting our time, keeping us waiting way past our appointment time. We clarified price of car and "extra fees" on the phone ahead of time to make sure we didn't waste our time driving all the way out to long island. The car ended up being 15-20k higher than the listed price and that price kept going up for some unknown reason. The finance guy Rico, was incredibly disrespectful and we ended up walking out. We did however find a better car, for a much better price that same day. Stay away from this dealership.

They tell everyone the same story with bad credit " pay the car for 6 months on time "and they will help you get into a new car or refinance. Lies!!! My mothers car needed breaks with in 2 months of purchase, my car A/C was not working !! Then they called my mother annoying for wanting to come back 6 months later like she was told to do more business .. shame on this company !! BTW my mother walked in with 13k as a down payment !! And this is how they treat her !! Alex shame on you !!!

Just called about one of these vehicles on there website, the gentleman that picked the phone kept it 100% with me telling me we only sell pre certified vehicles and it seemed that the one I was asking about wasn't passing. So most likely they where going to send it back or something. We need more car salesman like this. I would highly recommend this auto dealership! Not only am I reviewing there inventory but also recommending them to anyone I know looking for a luxury vehicle.

If I could give no stars I would! Worst used car dealership I've ever felt with hands down! The clearly embrace the stereotype of used car salesman by being shady. They refuse to allow a pre purchase inspection done on any of there vehicle by a brad authorized service center (I.e. Audi, BMW, Mercedes...) they then told me I can have a 3rd party mechanic come inspect the vehicle on site, however they have no garage/lift to preform the inspection! Unprofessional, untrustworthy, unbelievable!

Text the phone last night and they say the vehicle is still available. Ask them if I able to check vehicle next day. They say okay and I went to the store next day salesman told me it was already sold.
The price list online is fake. When you go to store check with salesman they can come up with bunch of fee and make it not worth it.

My BF and I drove 1 hour from Manhattan to look at a car advertised for 60k, upon arriving the salesman Bryan tells us it's actually $75k. He literally told us we should have "read the fine print" on the listing, which details the extra fees. When my BF brought up his interest in an extended warranty for the car, Bryan then MADE A FAKE PHONE CALL (obviously thought we were idiots), and said "Mhmm yes, I have a buyer here, but they want a warrantee. This place is a scam they tried to charge me 20+ for a car that was 14,995 the wheel didn't adjust there were scratches and i was purchasing cash!. They have all kind of hidden fees. Their cars have scratches and dents and some are dirty inside. It took almost two hours before we were able to drive the car. Beware of the hidden fees. They price their cars low to get you in there. Once you get there a whole different story. If i could give no stars i would.

Let's start with this I have a 2017 expedition with 130,000 miles I understand that is high but it's still worth about 19-22 thousand they had the audacity to offer less than 1000$ I was very close to losing my temper and I see she has an Escalade with almost as many miles as my vehicle for 40000$ mins that it's the same year as my vehicle

I communicated through Facebook Marketplace with the people there and was on my way to see a vehicle. They told me they were closing soon and not to come by. So I made an appointment for the next day and told them which vehicle I was interested in and that if I like it I would purchase it.
I kept getting nothing but generic responses that were automated from their social media sites. I finally called them and told them I was coming in and they said great speak with Alex or Billy and we will get the car ready. When I got there I half hour later they told me the car was sold.
