Wrote an email asking for a consultation appointment for an estimate. They replied in the same day, came out within 24 hours, and finished the job off about five days later for a great price. Only took them a few hours to spruce up my jungle, and it looks fantastic, as they cut and trimmed and pruned everything exactly the way I asked, which is not surprising since they clarified at every step to make sure we were on the same page. They were incredibly professional, friendly, relatable, and courteous. Really nice people. I will happily do business with them again!

Let me start off by saying I am very impressed with this company’s work. I had a bunch of tree work that I had been putting off for fear of cost and inconvenience of finding someone capable. These guys do not disappoint it was amazing watching them rope down large branches in such a small area with no damage I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tree removal service.

This is the best tree company I have ever had work on my property. We hired them to remove 4 trees that were in the way of us adding a pool in our backyard. We were on a tight deadline to get these trees out before construction began. They came out gave us a great price and had them down the very next day. Thanks again!!

I called several companies to get estimates, and Bay Area was the 1st one and only one to return a call or show up. I had a HUGE Maple that was leaning against my house from years of growth and it was time to have it removed because it was causing issues with my roof and of course the gutter. I watched them from start to finish and am truly amazed how they were able to remove the tree without damaging anything! They took special care to not break anything. I will use them in the future, because I have several large trees left in my yard.

We had a tree fall on our garage in the recent wind storm and needed to get it removed quickly because it had punctured the roof and we worried about water damage. I contacted Bay Area Tree Care and they came right over to assess the situation and went into action. They came with an arsenal of equipment I can say this company has its act together they worked great as a team. It was the little things they did that I really appreciated like taking the time to lay down pads to protect my lawn from damage from the equipment. Great Job! and I will be using them again in the near future.

Owner of the company came out and gave me an estimate same day I called. His estimate was lower than competitive bids. He also offered me advice on my other trees as he is an arborist. I was not home when the tree was removed but it was gone when I got home and there was no property damage. It's as if the tree was never there - stump and all! Service was fantastic - I will recommend them to friends and family.

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but can't help but to advise DO NOT use this company. The sales rep quoted $750 to remove two trees. When I called to schedule the work, I mentioned that I had a $100 coupon, the quote was changed to $850 with the $100 discount. The bid also referred to 3 trees by the pool - I don't have a pool! And that was just the start of the problems. They called an hour before they were to arrive to tell me that I hadn't had a document signed, I didn't know it was needed, so they were not going to be able to do all of the work. Workmanship was excellent. The crew who came out worked hard and steady the entire day. They were careful around the existing plantings and structures and cleanup was exceptional. You were also the most reasonably priced of the 5 bids I solicited.
I'd recommend Bay Area Tree Care to anyone!

Bay Area Tree Care did a great job from start to finish. After the initial phone call, they arrived within days to discuss options and provide an estimate for the removal of 8 large trees from my backyard. What I assumed to be an all day job, was completed within 4-5 hours. I then requested some landscaping options to fix up that same area. Soon after, they leveled out my entire back yard and laid sod. Both estimates were MUCH cheaper than others that I received. They were fantastic to talk to - from their office staff to their landscapers. I will be using them again in the future!
