Sent the company my window schedule so they could give me a quote. The gentlemen called the next day and asked me a few questions but, then proceeded to tell me the price per sq ft and told me I could get a price once I do the math. I asked him did Michael send you my window schedule? He said “yes but you can do the math as fast as me.” Really?? That’s why I sent the window schedule so I could get a quote! Just do your job. I sent this to other companies and got a quote the same day. Guess I won’t be using this company. Customers want ACTUAL cost, that’s the reason for the request.

My experience with Stormfitters was outstanding. From consulting with Dayton to get everything rolling to working with Dana and Celeste to get installations scheduled, the only word to describe them all is professional. Any issued with vendors was handled by the office which took the worry off of me. With regard to the crews that provided the installation and paint, I can honestly say that I have not had better crews do work on any home I've owned. We had all our windows, sliders and an entry door replaced with beautiful, high quality and high impact products through this company last year (April of 2019). We have been so pleased that we also replaced our old balcony storm shutters this year (also in April). The top box is smaller and 2 posts were removed so our view is even better, plus the quality of the products is fantastic. We love having remote control and the ability to shut the whole system off when we want to.

I contacted the company and met with Dayton as couple of days later for recommendations and proposal to fit water protection materials for 5 architectural openings on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a condominium located in downtown St. Pete. He was very professional during our site inspection. However, it has been twenty days and still no quote nor response to my emails.

We had clear polycarbonate panels installed. We were very happy with the detailed design work and explanations as well as the professionalism of the sales and installation staff. The wait for materials was 11 weeks, but still less than the 12 weeks we were promised. Luckily, the product has not yet been put to the test.

After 5 minutes on the phone with Liz, no thank you. We will pass. Moving on to a company that actually wants more business, not her cocky attitude. She literally went from 'we will need to pull a permit' to 'I don't like your attitude' in about 2 breaths. Wow. Shocked. Never met a more cavalier attitude in customer service in my nearly 50 years of living.
Run away from her...find another associate. Company may be fine, but you don't want someone like that 'helping' you protect your most cherised investment.

We recently had all the windows in our home replaced with impact resistant windows by Stormfitters. Our project presented a few unique challenges they had to overcome. We had very some old wooden arch windows that were installed in a strange way. We had windows next to French doors replaced with additional French door panels instead of windows. Finally we have a wood frame house that had all wooden Anderson windows, the sizes of which were very inconsistent.

John and Jason did our install and they were fantastic! The windows are great, cut our Duke bill which was noticeable. We shopped and received quotes from several companies and Storm Fitters made the cut. Our house was built in 1925 and had the original windows. The new PGT windows look at first glance like the old windows and are so much more energy efficient and hurricane ready. Thanks Storm Fitters! We highly recommend them.

I ordered a new set of hurricane resistant front entry doors on September 28,2018. I was quoted 4 to 6 weeks for installation by the Jeff, sales person. While the quote was nearly $7,000.00, about $400.00 above the bid I received from a competitor I had used before, I went with them(after reviewing their positive website )due to their quoted leadtime. After many follow up calls we finally got the doors installed in early December. The installation was horrible. I would have given five stars if the initial customer service had been great, it wasn't. However, Brett made all the difference! Our windows & 10 foot slider are complete. The installers were knowledgeable and professional! There were some issues, ( things happen), and Brett made sure all issues were resolved to our satisfaction! The Windows and doors are excellent quality! Of note.one window in our condo was replaced by another firm, the install on that was problematic. That outperform since corrected it, six hours of our list time. Stormfitters, install was all done correctly

On July 11, 2018 we ordered a plastpro entry door and side lites from Stormfitters. The sales process went fine, and the sales person indicated the door would not be ready for at least 2 months. No problem.
Around Sept 10, 2018 I called to check on the door and the door was ready. Installation was scheduled for Sept 13. However we received a call from the operations manager the morning of the install stating he checked the order and one of the of the side lites was poorly manufactured so they would need to cancel the installation. However he indicated the manufacturer

Amazing Customer Service! I had a sliding glass door handle (from another supplier) break and was having a hard time finding a replacement. I had called other suppliers all of whom had a "really don't care and not interested in helping" attitude. I then contacted STORMFITTERS WINDOWS and spoke with Dana who was more than happy to help me find a replacement. I really feel she went out of her way to assist me and get me the part I needed. A big "thanks" to Dana and STORMFITTERS WINDOWS, I definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

I had condo windows and sliding door windows installed first of February. They made me pay all money up front. Bad mistake, as they never called inspector for month then did not do trim work for weeks.
One of windows did not work, not stay up, and the service man finally came out 2 months later to fix it, now it does not open!! Very upset with service as I call several times week and service manager will not send anyone out to fix this window.
