Joe's team did an excellent job with our landscaping. It looks really good around our pool and along our fences in the backyard. In order to pass swimming pool inspection by the city we needed the gate they built and installed to have the latch 54 inches in height and a spring so it self closes. To make these adjustments Joe charged me an additional $250 which included an additional stepping stone of travertine and a blue point juniper along with moving the latch and adding the spring for the gate. All of this was fair and he may not have made any money out of the $250 but if you are involving

Joe and his crew at Personal touch were awesome! We gave him a budget for our patio cover, even added a few things like sconces and they kept the dollar amount to the original agreement. Joseph the concrete guy was very professional, Joe the builder was very helpful creating the kind of patio we wanted. Our patio is about 425sqft and they got the whole thing done in about two weeks.
Joe and his associates are very easy to talk to and I highly recommend you setting up a consultation with them when deciding to build a patio cover.

I was very disappointed. This company came very highly recommended so I emailed them from their website. I got an email back 24 hours later asking for my address and phone, then I had to email them to see if I would ever be able to get someone out to take a look p. They said I would be on the schedule the next day between 11-12, but I never heard from them or even got a call to say they couldn't make it.
