Unbelievable poor response and service. I had just purchased the home and the previous owners recommended Naylor, even texted and rang to tell them I was the new owner. They never replied to the previous owners text for assistance and I left 3 voice mails in early March about 5 days apart. I then spoke with the previous owner who stated he had indeed spoke with them to tell them about the sale and had texted them my number. Again, no reply. I thought I would try one last time since they had installed the system and I just needed a run through on operation. I finally reached Terry who said he is

Came out and cleaned up another companies mess, that’s never a pleasant job but they did right and showed up when they said they would. I did not have any panels installed so cannot comment on the quality of the panels.
All the work was done properly and I don’t have any leaks. Price was very reasonable, will call then again next year when the panels start leaking again. Lol

We had been dreading getting someone to look at our ancient solar panels, expecting someone to come after all the money they could or saying we had to replace the whole thing. Wish we had called Naylor out sooner! Super fast, no where near what we were expecting it to cost, and he was friendly even when we had to reschedule. 10/10 would recommend.

I am very impressed with Naylor Solar Specialists, a family owned business. Terry, the owner, came to my house to give us an estimate to remove our old solar panels and install new ones. The first thing he did was get up on our roof to see what we had. He then showed us his product, explained how the panels would be installed, answered our questions, made suggestions, and gave us an estimate. He was very personable, and did not pressure us into purchasing his product, nor did he say anything negative about his competitors.
