I especially want to mention Raul and James - they were assigned to my move two weeks ago and they went out of their way to ensure everything was handled with care. This was my second delivery with Red Carpet, and this was by far not as good as the first. What happened that was challenging for me was that, I received a phone call I had to take while they were placing the box spring on the bed, I only wish that they had waited for me so that when the mattress was placed on top it was set where I needed it to be set, instead I had to remove the mattress by myself and try to res the mattress on top of the box spring, pretty challenging for one person, so overall, I would say I was not as happy with this delivery as I was with the first, I felt that it was a just

Red Carpet (Josh) was able to accommodate my preferred moving date with fairly short notice. Everyone was very organized, professional, and friendly. The crew took really good care of our furniture throughout the move. The packing and securing of the vans was impressive. The moving crew were very helpful in placing the furniture in the new house and moving things around when my plan needed adjusting. Very highly recommend, 5 stars!

I should've been using these guys a long time ago!! Professional, on time, careful not to run into doorways and walls, actually wraps up your furniture and lays down enough runners as promised. No dirty blankets here with them! Super helpful and friendly guys that helped us move. They're very efficient but they're not rushing to load up and unload stuff. Easy to communicate with too. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We used Red Carpet for both packing and moving. We moved out-of-state. They did a great job on both jobs. They had a person who specialized in packing our fragile and breakable items. Nothing was broken. We were very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I had contractors at the destination and they were impressed too! I recommend Red Carpet for your moving needs. I would definitely use them again.

They took care to place the furniture correctly in the new address. The crew was efficient and friendly and cared about doing a good job.
Everything worked perfectly from the initial walkthrough for the estimate, the calls from the operations staff to schedule and confirm the move, to the team showing up to complete the move. The end price was very competitive and better than expected.

Robert and Derrick were extremely professional and pleasant. They walked in our home, asked where we wanted our delivery (which was huge), and move everything quickly but with care. They also called before (as they said they would) and gave us a 10 minute heads up- and that was very helpful.
