Nick was incredible! They came out the same day and fixed my clogged drainage hose. I picked Appliance Worx due to their high rating on yelp and I wasn't disappointed! Please compare them to the crappy people your home warranty gives you and you can see the difference just by the reviews.

I would seriously give zero stars if I could. Eli came out because my microwave was not working. I explained what had lead up to it not working (it worked fine in the morning and was not being used at the time it stopped working); he stared at the mircowave but didn't take the panel off to check the microwave IN ANY WAY. He checked the outlet it was plugged into and declared the outlet was the ONLY problem. AT NO TIME DID HE CHECK THE BREAKER BOX, although he did state that he did in his report. I asked him to plug the microwave into an extention cord and check it in another outlet; he refused

When our dishwasher stopped mid cycle and gave off an odor of burning insulation, we knew exactly who to call: The company that had previously done a fantastic job repairing our dryer. We were given a next day appointment, and were very happy to see the same technician as before. Nick arrived to assess my side by side fridge and was so knowledgeable! He gave me options and a lesson on the way the freezer/ice was supposed to work. We had a great conversation about future options. He was so kind. He wore his mask and shoe coverings and was very professional. I can't say that Appliance Worx was the cheapest but they did have immediate availability and at the end of the day, the parts cost is about the same everywhere. I would recommend them.

I called Appliance Worx early this week after finding that my washing machine had a large leak. The admin told me the earliest they could make it would be on Friday between 2-6pm. I received a confirming email on Thursday prior to the appointment assuring me that the technician would make it within the window of time provided. Come Friday I received no calls at all from Appliance Worx or the technician. I reached out to their provided contact number a dozen times through the 4 hour timeframe with no answer. At the end of the night, they were a no show.

Nick came out on May 5th to repair ice maker and to this day, I've had no positive response for them to come back. The ice maker is still inoperable.Nick was very professional and accomplished,; how ever, the response to this problem was condescending from management.

I wanted Appliance Worx to give me an estimate on some concrete items I needed replaced in advance of coming out. They refused to give me any cost estimates without paying for an on-site visit, even with exact parts specified and asking for just those prices and knowing that other items would be diagnosed. This really makes me wonder if they are locking you in for the diagnosis fee, counting on you to follow through due to that sunk cost. The lack of ability to price out some concrete replacement parts definitely made me shy away from Appliance Worx. Granted, I didn't have any service done

Nick came out during our agreed upon time window. He was courteous, wore double masks, and booties. Every time he had to step outside he took his booties off and put them back on before reentering. Worked fast and was very clean. Answered all of my questions and explained the causes of my issues (dryer not heating). Would do business with them again.

I called in on a Thursday afternoon and Peter was able to come out in less than 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem and had the parts in his truck. He was in and out in an hour with my microwave working again. They are also very Covid-19 aware and he had a mask on as well as booties which I really appreciated. Will recommend them again.

I contacted Appliance Worx late on Saturday night for my washing machine that had broken down and I got a response within 10 minutes to schedule a service call on Monday 8:00AM. Peter showed up right and time with his face mask and shoe covering. He was careful to maintain social distancing as he inspected it and told me what my options were.
He fixed it and had it working like a new washer. He was professional, friendly and thorough at explaining what he was doing making sure that I understood.
