We use our Dryers very often. This wonderful invention is saving us lots of time and energy. They are very durable, but sometimes they do break down and you can quickly find yourself buried in piles of wet laundry. When your Dryer is not working at all, not heating or not working properly, we will do everything in our hands to book you with a Same Day Service And get your Dryer back on track ASAP!
When it comes to Range/Oven/Stoves We are simply THE BEST! Our technicians have years of experience in repairing/restoring any type of heating products, from residential to commercial we can fix any type any brand and any model. Service was quick and efficient. Would definitely use again. Diagnosis of the dishwasher issue took five minutes and he got right to work. He didn't need any of the spare parts he brought which was great and saved me money, plus he gave me some education on how the dishwasher operated so I could fix it in the future. Our guy was a good, honest repairman and we'll recommend to our friends as well.

Zack called us during the scheduled arrival window and let us know he was 15 minutes out. He arrived on time, ready to work, was polite and friendly. He started by putting the washer in diagnostic mode, listened to the sound and watched how it did not start the wash cycle. Went to the back of the machine, and ruled out parts, until he found what he was fairly certain was the problem. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he showed me somethings about this stupid Whirlpool washer we regret buying, that might make it easier to figure out its finicky problems next time. I highly recommend Zach for all appliance repair jobs. Our dryer persistently made a low-pitch vibrating noise when drying our clothes. Upon servicing our dryer and cleaning everything inside, he identified that the possible issue was a small piece of the blower fan that had broken off and likely rattling around. Since the blower fan was still functional and balanced, there was no need to replace it. Afterwards, the dryer sounded good as new!
Zach was quick, courteous, honest and friendly. I will definitely call upon his services for our future repair needs.

Our GE dishwasher stopped working, I called a few places but Sublime was able to come out the soonest (that very same day) and their prices were competitive with others I spoke to.
Zak was very nice and friendly (but still professional), and determined what the issue was (we needed a new main control board). He was able to get the part the very next day, came back out and installed it quickly.
I'm super happy with the service and would definitely call him again for another appliance repair.

I needed my stove looked at and my ice maker was broke. Zack from Sublime came to our house, he was friendly, knowledgeable and went straight to work. He diagnosed our stove problem and replaced the broken ice maker. If we decide to repair the stove, we will definitely call Sublime and Zack back to do the repairs.

I called Sublime Appliance Repair to fix my range and my microwave light. My range made this pilot light clicking sound. I got an appointment w/ Zack right away. He was wearing PPE when he came into my home. Very nice and diagnosed what was wrong right away. He went to get the parts, took 15 mins, my range and microwave light work perfect again. I hope I don't have to call Zack again anytime soon lol. A+ Service!

I am trying to remove the review for Sublime Appliance because I reviewed the wrong company. I spoke with the owner, who called me and explained that no one answered his phone the night I called. I checked my numbers and found my mistake. Sublime has earned excellent reviews, and I will definitely give them a try next time I need service.

Absolutely love Zach. He’s very professional & reliable. He fixed my fridge about 3 weeks ago, but had concerns about an additional part possibly having issues. Sure enough, the additional part was showing signs of needing repair. Text him yesterday evening and he was here this evening to fix the problem. He also goes above and beyond to get the job done! Had issues getting parts when he was here the first time due to COVID-19, but he kept searching and found a no-brand part that he stood by because it was made in the USA! So far so good! I had an appointment to repair my clothes dryer between 12-2. Since I have worked route work before I appreciate the service technician's time, so I had the dryer accessible by 11:00. I waited and waited and finally, at 1:58 (2 minutes left in the appointment window) he called and said that he was on his way and he'd be at my house in about 25 minutes. About 2:30 he arrived.

My washing machine stopped draining. I checked all the normal places and the hosing for any blockages and bends..nothing I can see without taking my washer apart..So I called Sublime as they rated 5.0 stars. I was met by a very friendly and helpful person on the phone.
The technician came the same day, got to the root of the problem almost immediately and kept me informed while my mom was there and I was remote at work. I was even able to pay over the phone as I wasn't back by the time he finished the job. I just did 2 loads and my washer is working like new!! Thank you!

I read nothing but wonderful reviews for this company and for Zach. Zach was very considerate, but he gave us some great info. But we called because our washing machine was off balance and kept getting an error message when it got to the spin cycle. He trimmed the drain hose which helped it drain faster, but then he didn't know what else to try. He was looking up info online.
We paid for the service and tried to wash a load only to have the same issue happen. I texted Zach and he said he'd look for another option. He never got back to me. I texted again 2 weeks later and no response

Zack was great, very kind, honest and informative for what was going on with my oven. Luckily he was able to point the problems very quickly, and save me from possibly having a little oven explosion in my kitchen. He showed me the burner had a large burnt hole, and changed it same day. Two other companies could not figure the problem, yet wanted to charge me anyway for wasting my time.

My washer wasnt spinning and it's pretty old. was pretty sure it was time to get a new one.
Zack came on time and started working on the washer. I have a good Maytag model. After taking off the motor he found out that there is a broken part that needs to be replaced. It's working great again.
They were professional and friendly, and kept me up with all the information needed and was very courteous. Only took a hour or so and already had the replacement part on hand.
Much appreciated to Zack and Sublime appliance repair you saved me from buying a new washer. I can't afford that right now. Def
