Our service was amazing and highly professional. We called a few places prior to iFix and they all had a several week wait. We were reassured that they would be able to come out to fix our oven the next day and if not then, the day after. Being the week of Christmas this was so appreciated. The oven was fixed quickly, the technician was highly knowledgeable, and extremely polite/professional. The cost was definitely appropriate for the service and parts needed to get our oven back up and working. We’d highly recommend them to our friends!

Ariel came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He told me up front what was happening. He got a replacement part and then came the bad news. It needed another part and would cost more money. I was going to go through with the repair but he explained why I should not do the repairs. He spent a decent amount of time with me. Unfortunately, all he got paid was for a service call. I will definitely use his services again. I appreciated the honesty.

The man answering the phone who I am assuming is a manager or owner is absolutely amazing at customer service! It was refreshing to here such an enthusiastic voice. He made me feel valued as a customer which in return made me want to do business with this company. He got me squeezed in the same day but me and his technician played phone tag due to my busy schedule. We decided the next day would be better. Paul was willing to drive from Davis at 5pm to get to me in south Sacramento and fix my dryer. I told him the next day would be better. Paul was extremely professional. He got right to work. I

If we ever need another appliance repair I am definitely calling IFix. Today I submitted a service request on their website and received a confirmation email a few hours later with an expected time frame. Shortly after I received a phone call from the technician, Ariel, saying he was on his way. Ariel was great! He quickly figured out the issue with our dryer and explained what he needed to do and what parts he needed to replace,. He quickly went to get the parts he needed and finished the repair. The whole process, from booking to submitting a payment, was very easy. Ariel was friendly, professional
