Technician Andrew cane out and diagnosed the problem, explained everything as he worked and went the extra mile to do the job correctly. First let me say that I rather buy a car than have to buy air conditioning and heating. I did my due diligence and had multiple quotes to replace my systems. This was a wonderful experience getting my home AC and furnace replaced. Hunter came out and assessed everything thoroughly with us. They were by far the best value and quickest with availability and in stock access to products. We decided to go with the 16 seer Trane ac unit with 80% furnace. Airmaxx was there for us when we had an emergency with our old air handler leaking water. Colonial plumbing couldn't come out til late, and Airmaxx came same day. Josh was courteous and professional. We now have a new Trane heat pump and air handler, high efficiency model, and couldn't be happier. We are now Airmaxx customers. Highly recommended.

AC unit froze up at the air handling unit and called AirMaxx to come take a look.
My wife met them and according to her, they just looked at the unit and the service call instantly turned into a sales call before they even got into looked at what was wrong with it.
They spent a great deal of time and conversation around how old the unit was ( it's probably no more than 10 years old ), how inefficient it was, etc, etc,etc. And then stated it had a leak and it could last a year or it could last a day before it was no longer working. ( which means it could last for 5 years and still work )

Our air conditioning unit stopped working last evening. Around 8:30 AM, Airmaxx Mechanical was called to request a service call. At 1:00 pm Steven Warren, a service technician arrived at our house. After a disastrous first attempt at repair of my old HVAC unit at my rental house with another company, I called Neil Jernigan at Airmaxx Mechanical for one of two bids for a new unit, one from Neil Jernigan at Airmaxx Mechanical, Inc. and one from Woodfin.
