Chase, Inc. Heating & Air, Plumbing was founded in 1982, and Mike Burton has been with the company since its beginning. At the age of 25, he became part-owner and Operations Manager and is now the sole owner of the company. His wife, Cindy, left her position in special education to join the company in 2009.

Imagine this...It's Friday night, you're all cozied up in bed and snuggling with your little one (or furball..or alone, whatever you prefer). Then you get a late text from your tenant asking if they could call you, in regards to a plumbing issue. You call and talk to them and find out that there's a clog and it's leaking...what do you do?!
First...make sure it's not too much of an emergency. My tenants are pretty awesome and told me that it was not an emergency, but would need for someone to come out in the AM to assist. I sent out text messages to all of my friends
