My Microwave/Convection oven was sparking when in use, and he knew instantly what was causing it. He told me what was happening and did a quick fix. Sometimes you come across someone that you know instantly you will call again for repairs. He and his partner were very professional and had very pleasing personalities. His prices are very reasonable which is also a plus. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for his type of service.

1) Paul will literally go out of his way to ensure that the job is done right. He is meticulous in diagnosing issues before he makes a repair or suggestion. We were able to rest easy knowing that he wasn’t just out to sell a new product or do work that didn’t need to be done. He thoroughly explained his services to us.

Paul has recently replaced heat pumps at 2 of my properties, plus 1 other that I gave him a reference for. He arrived when scheduled and did good work for a fair price. His communication to keep the customer aware of how the job is progressing was excellent.
