Todd Rice, serving Richmond, Virginia, and the surrounding areas, including Powhatan, Midlothian, Chesterfield, and Moseley. Todd began his career in the HVAC industry in 1994, honing his expertise at a well-respected, locally-owned HVAC company.

Award winning HVAC company, Mode LLC, is looking for a full-time, experienced HVAC service technician to handle mostly residential service with a small amount (about 5%) of light commercial work. This position works Monday through Friday, approximately 8am to 5pm, with some weekends "on-call." All calls are in the Richmond, Virginia, area.

I was able to get an appointment quickly to fix my a/c. I had told by another company that it would be an expensive fix and better to replace it all together. So, this was my "get a second opinion long shot". I expected the same response but they were able to fix it without a problem for very reasonable price. I'm definitely calling them again next time it's time to service my systems.
