Project Mgr, was extremely fast in responding with a time to come and provide a quote,
was on time, even provided the quote via email the same day and was able to schedule
the work for me. I’m extremely pleased with the price, professionalism and the quality of

Today we had our first fence installed. Our experience from the beginning
was really good. You can tell the company is really thoughtful.
They provided infographics and instructions for how to get an estimate. We did an estimate online first to get some pricing and then after we saw that we moved forward for an in person quote.
The estimate was a nice guy. After we decided to have the fence done we paid a deposit and were put on schedule. They sent us an invoice receipt with the install date listed on it. Most of the updates came via email which was helpful.
The installers did a good job and
was really good. You can tell the company is really thoughtful.

They did a great job putting up the fence in two days. They did throw the old fence on top of a sign in our yard by not paying attention but we were happy with the fence. We however were not happy with the cheap hinges they used on the gate. The weight of the door is pulling on the fence and bent the top hinge. We have been calling and they said they are backed up but nobody has contacted us.

I am beyond happy with my experience with Sunrise Fence. I got quotes from some big name companies that had outrageous pricing before calling Sunrise. These folks gave me the best quote, beating out all other competitors. Not only did they provide a great price, they also provided fantastic service and finished product. The staff was a pleasure to work with, answering all of my silly questions and quoting several different fence looks. I ended up having to move 6 months after this was put in, and the fence was one of the major selling points for my home. I only wish I moved close enough for them

Unprofessional since the moment I put my non refundable deposit. Not only was my order very delayed it was also just dropped off on my lawn. This big heavy pallet just sitting on my new sod. Not even the worst part.
I'm in a new construction and my property line is marked by metal pins. I also gave them my land survey. I got my survey read wrong and they didn't even check for the markers. My HOA contacted me letting my know I was over my neighbors property by a few feet. What does sunrise say? "We put the fence where you tell us to." I didn't tell them anything. I trusted

We LOVE our new fence! It has put my mind at ease having a safe and secluded haven for my kids to play outside. Sunrise Fence was professional, helpful, and efficient! The workers were done in 2 days! I was so impressed with how quickly they finished our large yard. They even catered to a last-minute change request with no problems by doing a 3-board fence along our back line. Great communication with us. A fantastic price. Thank you!

My experience with Sunrise Fence was amazing. Their crew was professional and did quality work quickly. My family owned a fence contracting business, and I grew up building fences myself. I’ve never seen such an efficient crew, who also show attention to detail. Now, I have a beautiful, secure backyard for my two dogs. All that is left is landscaping and staining the fence in a few months. Thanks for a great, quality build at a reasonable price.

Sunrise has been a terrible company to work with! They do not communicate with customers efficiently, or honor the commitments they have made/received payment for. We signed a contract in September for them to complete our fence. We needed a secure perimeter for our dogs. I was very clear that if they were not able to provide that, then I did not want to move forward, since this was our only reason for getting a fence. In early/mid February, they came and installed part of our fence and indicated that the estimator created a plan that wasn't workable on the site, so they couldn't finish

These are the pictures I sent to sunrise days after install. They stopped returning my calls and emails. Once they get your money there is no customer service.
The workmanship and materials are cheap and not correct for the size and weight. You would be better off to do it yourself.
I don't know how they are still in business based on reviews here.

This company is wonderful in the beginning. They quote you a quick, fair price. They will even submit your HOA approval for you. They were very kind in the beginning.
Fast forward to after installation and money collection... It is difficult to get someone on the phone/email to send someone out to make any repairs. They do not take accountability and when they do ever send someone out it takes months.
I had a fence installed a year and a half ago. One of my double gates never latched properly and would swing open with a gust of wind. My dogs were getting out constantly. They came out

I'm really surprised it has such terrible reviews. I've used them for years. They've always been really friendly. They hire outside people so it's different people every time that build the fence. The first group was definitely my favorite but they others have been fine. They've got pictures of most their work on their Facebook page. They got pushed back once bc of heavy rain and they called me almost everyday letting me know they were still coming. Lol

Stay away! These guys hit my power line and my cable line. Had to call both companies to come out and re-dig the lines due to outages right after fence was installed. Called customer service and they said they were surprised that this happened, as the job completed at my house was performed by their "best crew" led by Ricardo. They half-way do their jobs. Quantity over quality is there business style.

Be careful and do your homework when dealing with this company. Check out the complaints on BBB site. Their installers hit my in ground irrigation lines on three consecutive locations and never informed me about it. They just covered it up and kept installing. Found out a year later after turning on our irrigation system to flush the system. At first they refused to take responsibility but after I told them I was going to post negative reviews they offered $150. Said it was mailed out. Week goes by, no check...i call back to inquire and have a guy tell me that I have called the wrong number and

I was referred to Sunrise by a friend that had recently used them. Carlos came out and measured for the fence and was on time and very knowledgeable about what was needed and could be done. We decided to go with them after the great review our friend gave and the competitive pricing. So glad we did! They were fast and did a really great job! Highly recommend!
