A 3000 hour salt spray test is just part of the AAMA 2604 certification. We submit our products for testing on a regular basis to assure compliance. Hudson Fence Supply warrants to the original consumer purchaser of our aluminum fence products a limited lifetime warranty that our aluminum products will be free from defect in workmanship and that our coating will not crack, chip or peel. Gate workmanship, including welds, are warranted for a period of two years.

I have an order that was canceled by the sales manager (I'm assuming to reduce their backlog. I did not cancel the order and have tried several times to get to the bottom of what happened. No luck on anyone calling me back. I'd like to have someone call me or tell me if they don't want the business. This company was very good at one time but has fallen off dramatically.

Ordered fencing April 1st. My fence installation company is waiting to install but this is their current vendor and they refuse to give me or the installation company ANY information. I have been being told since June that it should be any day now from my installation company because thats what Hudson continues to tell them. I understand there is a shortage of materials and employees everywhere but this is no way for a company to do business. You need to start giving some discounts and dates!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered over $7,000 worth of fencing and right off the bat my order showed up with the wrong fence. They made this right and sent me the correct fence, though it took a while. Unfortunately I ordered the fence late last year and didn't start it due to seasonal weather not being ideal in WV. I attempted to inventory… it as best as possible, as it was still on pallets and heavily wrapped up. I don't have the room to unpack it if in not putting it up while doing so. Can't make deadlines. Makes promises they can't keep. Still waiting on my vinyl fence we ordered in March. It's now June. They say covid and vinyl shortage...well other suppliers are leading 3 weeks not 3 months.
Told our order will be ready next week; 3 weeks ago.

I have been trying to get a refund of $506.25 from Shop Fencing for over a month. Getting no replies to my emails and can't reach anyone on the phone. I placed a large order for fencing in March and received all but the vinyl fencing portion of my order and was told it was on back order until May 4th. Fine. I reached out the week before May 4th to… confirm with Chris and was told it was on schedule. Followed up a week later when I didn't received my order and Chris informed me it would be another several months and that vinyl was in high demand. I understand completely and requested a refund

Hudson (owner of ) and their site personnel need some serious process and customer service updates.
Their… phones, emails and other tech have been failing for some time and they still haven't done anything to fix them. Don't let them put you on hold or transfer you you'll get disconnected. They don't return calls or emails and when you actually talk to them Hudson doesn't want to help and they refer to you not the support who aren't concerned, don't listen are rude and don't return calls or emails.

First order missing product than finally called and told it shipped to wrong address but they expect me to hunt down where it was shipped. Second order nothing. You can never reach them and emails don’t work. Chris talked to me 10 days ago said he would call with an update never called back.
The parent company is Hudson Fence and they will not talk to you. I’m calling then back to notify I disputed the charges on my call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! False advertising. Horrible customer service and does not ship your order. We ordered a 3day quick ship fence so it would be here fast. It has been 19 days since I placed my order and it hasn't even shipped. We called and they said they "had to locate our order" they never called back. Now they are giving the run around to cancel our order. I'm contacting paypal for fraud.
