I called the Doctor Fence one morning after a big storm that wiped out two sections of my fence. Large tree limbs had crashed into my yard which caused the damage. The Doctor Fence Company was out to my house the same day and provided me with what I thought was a very reasonable cost estimate and could repair the fence and remove and chop up the limbs the next day. I agreed to have them do the work, wasn’t even home that day and when I arrived at the house everything looked great! I paid through Venmo and all in all it was a quick and easy process. I would highly recommend them for a job

Doctor fence was recommended to me by another business who doesn't do small jobs. I called doctor fence and he came out to look t the job and fix us up. A section of the fencing has been hit by a tree and was falling down. They replaced the entire fence in that area that day. Tiny job but it did cost about 1500. They were pleasant to deal with, came out quickly and even helped where my neighbors trees were all falling into my fence.....they cat them down ;). They were great. Recommend them.

Update: The owner has refunded me in full for the deposit I paid (which no materials or work was done).
I give him credit (and one more star) for doing the right thing. I will however warn anyone looking to use this company to ask for the following IN WRITING if you choose to use their services.
1. Invoice of itemized charges/price sheet
2. Clarification of deposit amounts, what they are for and if they are refundable or not.
3. Estimates are FREE (says their website) if you choose NOT to use his service you should owe him no money "for gas and time."
4. If you enter in an agreement

So, the saga continues. I have now had to file a Writ of Execution. This thief has no morals. He has ignored all and has no respect for our American Judicial System. He may have beaten the System, but he has not beaten me. This Judgement continues to hang over his head which is accruing interest daily for nine more years. I will continue to write reviews and do whatever I can by law to shame this individual during this time period.

What was promised to be completed in 2 weeks lasted longer than 2 months with workers coming for only an hour or two a day and then not showing for days for a large fence project. They refused to show receipts and refused to provide a final statement. Most of the work was done improperly and the posts are loose. He tries to fix mistakes but his workers simply lack the skills.
I really didn't want to write this review. I wanted to wish him the best and move on since I know people don't always agree. But now his "associates" are asking for more money than we agreed upon

Summary: Claudio took our money (paid cash), did a poor job, offered to fix his work, then disappeared.
We hired this company after seeing their ad in the Dilworth Quarterly publication to fix a sagging wooden gate post and door. Claudio was very prompt in supplying a quote and stated they would start the following week! Great new. He would also like to be paid in cash. This should have been my first red flag.
The team showed up and started work to fix the leaning support posts. By the end of the day, it looked finished and I paid them. Unfortunately, two days later the gate door started to

I have a 1/2 acre lot and had to replace a 165 ft, 15 " section " 3 rail split rail fence with dog wire. Claudio was very prompt with his response. He was about $300 cheaper than Champion Fence. They tore down, removed and replaced the entire fence and 2 gate posts in 2 days. I told my neighbor they would have to go in her yard and she was fine with. After they were done I talked to her and she said Claudio gave over and talked to her and was very nice and apologetic. They even repainted the hinges on my gate for free. I highly recommend them.
