John Moore did an outstanding job installing wood-plank laminate flooring over our existing tile floors and in our newly renovated kitchen. The job included leveling our kitchen floor where tiles had been removed to renovate the kitchen. The crew was professional, hard-working, and respectful of property and us. The crew worked consistently and very well together. I would highly recommend John Moore Flooring and the crew. We love our new, modern floors!

Recently had my carpet replaced with Tile from John Moore flooring. They did a great job from start to finish and I’d recommend to anyone in or around the Ruskin/Sun City center area. I had 3 bedrooms along with the closets done and the price was $1000 less than Home Depot and another tile place. Freddy communicated with me the whole time he was there and was friendly/ helpful. The work was done right and looks great.

We just had John Moore Flooring install a carpet in our lanai area. The carpet came in on time and the installation was done this morning. The two gentlemen that installed it were WONDERFUL. They had the old carpet torn out, floor cleaned and new carpet installed in less than 2 hours.
This is a first class operation - I would definitely use them again!!

If I could give zero points I would. We had a terrible experience with John Moore. They did not properly seal our floors and installed plywood on top of concrete. Our vinyl planking started to buckle. They removed approximately 60% of the flooring and all the plywood. They insisted we find the source of the moisture before they reinstall and said there would be additional costs to reinstall. A licensed plumber found no leaks.
According to a certified flooring inspector, manufacturer and multiple flooring contractors the install was not proper. We lived in unhealthy conditions for over 2 months

They are a great company ,.

I belive the google guide tiled my bathroom.
He is a apparent ex employee with a ax to grind.
He did a good job too for me in another home.
I believe Mr Moore needs to talk to a attorney to help him define what liable actually means.
It is one thing to complain about work that was done,but it gets real when ex employees accuse a man of stealing.

I had my steps done in wood by this company.
The process did take time between the estimate, scheduling, ordering, and some bilateral miscommunication. The COVID situation didn't help.
There were some issues with repair/replace of some of the wood on the steps that took more time since additional product needed to be ordered and shipping issues because of the COVID situation.
Now that all is done, the quality of the wood and the quality of the work was very good.The people that came out to do the job were very professional, pleasant, and informative. They all had masks on.

We were very pleased with our interactions with Dave Furney at John Moore Flooring, from the time he provided our initial quote, through ordering of our carpeting and installation. He was consistently responsive and conscientious. We also appreciated John Moore and Dave coming to our home to determine viability of assuming installation of our vinyl plank flooring when a different company quit without finishing the proper prep and installation in our home. Dealing with John Moore Flooring was very reminiscent of 'home town service' that was refreshing and much appreciated. Thanks, Dave & John.

We had three rooms of laminate flooring installed. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did an excellent job. The job was completed on time, and the installers were hardworking and very polite. The flooring looks great and we are very satisfied, and highly recommend John Moore Flooring.
