There is not another builder I could imagine going through the home-building process with. We moved in about a month ago, and it's like waking up in a wonderful dream every morning. We shopped around a bit before choosing Riemco, but no one else offered the quality, care, and level of customization that we were after.

We had a great experience working with Riemco building our new home. They are friendly, honest and professional. Our house turned out great. We've been living in it for a few years now and it is clear that it was quality built. A few things stand out in particular from our experience with Riemco. First, Peter the architect was great to work with and really got our style/vision. Second, they did an excellent job managing the construction timeline. Too many friends have shared horror stories about cost overruns and massive delays with their custom built homes. Not enough subdivision houses looked all that appealing during our search. I am writing this recommendation for Riemco with profound enthusiasm because they have shown us a better way. We have lived in our Riemco-built house for about a year, and absolutely love it!
